Room was clean and the size was okay! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I also stay in sunway. I have so much fun with my friends there. Besides that, there's so many shops like 7 eleven can buy anything we want . And also there's a KFC 24 hours open

EASY ACCESS TO ALL OUR NEEDS
THE HOTEL IS JUST NEXT TO SHOPPING MALL, RESTAURANTS, LAGOON, INDOOR ACTIVITIES CATERED FOR MY ELDER AND YOUNGER CHILDREN AND EVEN FREE ICE CUBES!

Our stays were tremendous. My children were so happy and feel blessed to have chosen Sunway Pyramid Hotel for our short accommodation. I came with my family comprises 4 adults and 1 kid. I booked 2 rooms with view and breakfasts included through Agoda, as they offered the best priced ever. Upon check in, the friendly and thoughtful staff offered my mum a wheelchair as she having difficulty to walk. They even allowed my mum to use the wheelchair until our time to catch the coach back to Singapore. I also chose smoke free rooms because I wanted fresh air. We were given rooms with Sunway Lagoon view. The hotel windows are wide which perfectly captured Sunway Lagoon scenery as our background photos. The hotel is easily accessible to shopping mall, halal restaurants, indoor games activities, movie theatre and of course the Sunway Lagoon itself, our main planned event. However, on top of all, I have chose to stay in Sunway Pyramid Hotel was because of Aeroline Service Centre that is nearby the hotel. It is very convenient for us to travel to and fro between Singapore and Sunway. We do not have to travel far to get our bus home. We will definitely come back again!

The receptionist is very very nice and helpful, I requested to check out late and he tried the best to make it happen. Very convenient hotel to go to shopping mall , and there are food stores around. The ambience of the hotel is amazingly nice and clean, and the room is spacious . I will definitely make my another stay for coming quater.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Shopping, food and water park are all around you... Very very convenient, guarantee you won't get bored

I book a superior no view room but upon check-in, I was being upgraded to a executive room with view. It was a surprise and the view was great and bright. Front desk People there are friendly and courteous.
Shopping Tip:
If you are staying in KL for short period I suggest you stay in Sunway pyramid as it has many water sports to play and one big shopping centre to move around.

A short stay over the weekend for a workshop. Was given a room that faces the hotel lounge, so essentially no day light from the hotel room itself.
Comfortable room but boring TV programmes. Hotel breakfast is also expensive at 45RM per person.
