Room, Location & Pool
Have a wonderful and relaxing holiday at the resort, its connected to the theme park and shopping malls. The breakfast spread is great too. Good stay!

Not the best ,but it couldve been better

The stay was awesome with friendly staff that wouldnt hesitate to help and not forget to mention the great luxurious environment which is worth the price we paid for. Food was great and the small lobby towards the mall and park is really convenient for us who main purpose was to visit these 2 places. However there were indeed flaws which the first would be the receptionist. Not only she cant used 2 of my cards for deposit (which later work fine at mall) , in the end i was required to place some amount using cash on hand which i didnt bring much(prepared mostly for purchasing lagoon ticket and some emergency uses). Next, i was quite sure i requested a non smoking room when i book but it smells like previous customer probably puff dozens of cigar in it. It was a let down after the receptionist but the park, mall and dinner made it up

hotel too focused on money

Although comfortable, two incidents left a bad impression. One, room service staff demanded payment from my 14-yr old nephew who was looking after my 6-yr old daughter. We were at a conference at sunway pyramid. The two kids were told to stay in the room and just order room service for lunch. Your staff even expected my nephew to change some RM currency from downstairs! Two, hotel provided breakfast for one person only! 5-star hotel?? Even 3-star hotels offer breakfast for two. Worse, my wife and I were expected to make payment for the additional person there and then! The hotel does not allow for its guests to put charges on the room tab to be settled upon check-out. Another example of the hotel being too focused on money. Utterly disappointing!

marvellous n grand xmas deco. good location which shopping centre nearby shop till u drop cos all discount up to 70% room abit old but bed comfortable to sleep on n w cool aircon breakfast delicious n variety choices to choose
