Fantastic locations and great experience
Easy access to all the shopping centres, theme park and restaurant.

The room was great and the front office staff was very polite and helpful to locate a adjoining room for our family.
Rooms is clean and fantastic view of the whole theme park.

Nice hotel with a good service
Great location if your agenda is to visit the water and theme park

I stayed 3 days and 2 nights at Sunway Resort with my husband and 3 year old daughter. Our plan was to visit Sunway Lagoon hence the hotel is the perfect location for it. We got the 2 queen sized bed with a balcony, overlooking the hotel's water landscape and Sunway Lagoon water park.
We do have to admit that their beds and pillows are super comfortable! Room is nicely decorated and maintained.
The next time we visit, we may try out Sunway Pyramid and compare why the huge price difference.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You have to visit Sunway Lagoon Water and Theme Park!!! I wish they offer a 2-day pass because I didn't get to enjoy everything in 1 day.
try to venture outside the hotel for some nightlife. There is also MOS (Ministry of Sound) at the hotel premise.

hotel was clean and staff helpful and friendly. felt the breakfast buffett was expensive. wish they had a deal with the theme park for entrance tickets discount.

Exceptional experience from start to finish

I can honestly say that, after travelling all over the world both on business and pleasure I have never stayed in better hotel anywhere.
From the moment we arrived the whole experience was excellent, the staff were attentive to our every need, the room was comfortable and well equipped and to cap it all there was a theme park on site for my son and a shopping centre for my wife.

Everything is near the hotel... Shopping, theme park, clubbing.
can be finished at the place. do not need to go somewhere else...
nice room and breakfast buffet. I would like to go to relax again.

Great location and nice room
Service, location (shopping, restaurants, lively), breakfast.

Nice Hotel, modern decor and rooms, good facilities in the room - bathroom, shower, bath etc. Slightly iriitating having to pay extra for internet access - RM58 per 24 hour. Good access to nearby shopping mall, and host of restaurants. Also amusement park and waterpark - although I didn't use. Also not particularly close to public transport - LRT, etc. So Taxi is always used.

the sunway resort is a magnificent hotel. the staff were friendly and obliging. the rooms were large and ours had a fabulous view over the theme park. the pool was great. breakfast offered a huge variety. would definatley stay there again.

Las Vegas style hotel

Arrived right on dusk to a very spectacular looking hotel. great service from the drive way right through to check in. The hotel were able to meet our request for two connecting, non-smoking rooms. Both rooms were more than adequate for our needs with comfy beds & hot showers. Great pool area & close proximity to shopping mall & amusement park. easy to get transport via taxi to airport, China Town etc.
