Nice location - it's linked to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall via the hotel lobby, nice rooms Breakfast could be better. All in all, this is not a bad hotel. The location is pretty good and the shopping mall is just next door.
Restaurant Tip : Head on over to Zhia's Kitchen which is just outside the lobby, at Sunway Pyramid section. Good food at affordable prices

very nice studio room, view and services first of all i like that when i goes there, my room was booked and ready to check in, services and rooms services was perfect, rooms need bigger TVs, more channels. i like to visit it again on my later trip.

Big concierge Team of more than 20 7 seaters and more than 20 Lim. Benz, provide good, safety and reasonable price airport to Hotel and your interest place.
1. Stay in balcony is terrible.
2. The Theme park is a bit disappoint, not much variety machine in amusing park and borrow the floats need to pay.
Our family of 4 adult + 2 child + 1 infant have a warm stay in the hotel. The hotel rooms are clear, bright, and have full furnitures.
1. From KLIA to hotel (with pick up arrangement) is good, esp. i am the 1st time in KL and it is RM120 for a 7 seaters (Very comfortable and new car).
2. If you make the prior arrangement, they can help to arrange for early check-in,
3. The hotel is so nice to give us the free upgrade to Studio rooms, it is petty good as we have the infant and childs.
4. The hotel breakfast is wonderful.
5. We arrange the transport in next day to Berjaya Colmar Tropicale Bukit Tinggi, the price is reasonable and the driver is friendly.
6. Brilliant swimming pool in Sunny Lagoon Hotel.
We have a good start from our trip and we enjoy the services provide by Pyramid Hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We buy a 2 park (amusing & water park) ticket, 5-6 hours is enough. Remember you cannot re-entry or seperate in 2 days.

Interior design of the hotel and room are well arranged and beautiful. Room's ambiance is nice except. -old tv
-tv channel is not much although it's standard channel
-customer service need to be improved which is quite slow for a prestigious hotel. The hotel management should make the guest occupy while waiting to be served. overall this is the nice place to visit with the exception of the customer service. The best part is that you do not need to go anywhere as you can find everything within walking distance.

1. close to Pyramid Shopping Mall and Sunway Lagoon
2. rom has nice view of the lagoon(if requested)
3. closer to the Airport from KL hotels- if you are planning to start your trip in Malaysia with flight (like Pnang, Langkawi, Sabah or even Singapour) 1. it is very crowded hotel, there is no personal-touch service
2. very far from Kuala Lumpur City
3. no free internet services the Sunway Pyramid Hotel is a 4-star hotel and the services provided too. in other 4-star hotels in KL, the services, ameiantit and room services are better. on the other hand, it is a good place to stay & relax after long flight which enables ou to fine tune the Malaysia Plan especially with all the information, internet & entertainment provided in the adjacent shopping mall. despite all the cons, it is a good place to stay at the begining of the trip.
Shopping Tip : 1. overall the shopping malls in Malaysia close @ 10,you need to plan your meals sccordingly
2. alwayz pargain the price.

This is a complex of two joined hotel buildings - one 5 star and the other 4 stars. We were in 4 star - Pyramid Tower Hotel. All amenities are shared so we were very happy with hotel , price and ...huge lovely 5 star lagoon. You do need to have in mind that you are booking 4 star so expect that, but rooms are very clean, modern, nicely furnished with lovely ...lovely view. Because i had my birthday our room was upgraded to 22 floor to much bigger room - apartment with a kitchenette for free , also Girls on reception desk were so nice that the same night they brought me birthday card sighed by all of them and complementary fruits plate, this was really lovely thing!
Pyramid Tower is joined also to big shopping malls ..so if you like shop till you drop ..it's useful too.
If you like water park then it's place to be! The biggest in Malaysia just next door! you can see it from your balcony.
We were first time in Malaysia on our way to Thailand....and
were nicely surprised what are honest people they are! no hustle
you, even taxi drivers ( ha ha not like in Thailand!) so nice and polite.
We will definitely be back to Kuala Lumpur and that hotel!
Nightlife Tip : If you like nightlife .... Pyramid Shopping Mall or a lot of clubs, bars, restaurants near to it just place to be for fun.

Good location and nice for children and adults. I like the location of the hotel which is not that far from the International Airports and also not very far from city center also it has biggest shopping Mall for people who likes shoping and the Sunway park which we enjoy playing there. Staff was friendly and i have ask them for late checkout and they give me long period it was very kind from them.Overall it was good exerience and enjoyable stay.

- Location is near shopping malls, about 30 minutes drive from international airport and when you have children many things to do around and near Hotel!
- This is a good hotel aslong you do not have backproblems :-) - I was not impressed with the service from the reception desk.
- If you have problems with your back and have difficulties (or pain) to sleep on a hard bed, than you should not book this hotel!!!! In Maylasia a good hotel offers a good and Hard bed, but in europe we are not used to it. This Hotel can not offer or help you when you have backproblems to make the bed more soft (extra matrass etc). - Location is near shopping malls, about 30 minutes drive from international airport and when you have children many things to do around and near Hotel!

inconsistent supply of toiletries this is not my first stay at pyramid tower. I like it because its a relatively new hotel in that PJ/Subang area. I have tried Holiday Villa and Hilton PJ and both are just too old

Location, Facilities, Hospitality atmosphere,Excelent Food & beverage services, etc. Carpet and curtain were not hygienic enough, water obstruction in the path rooms; bath and hand basin. It was my pleasure to stay in Sunway Pyramids suites, I t was really good experience for me and my kids, the staff in the hotel were very friendly, they help us whenever we need them as they are all around; concierge, receptionist, waiters, drivers, etc.
The location of the hotel itself was very convenience; I did not have to come out from that area, as everything was available in one building; shopping mall; health Spa, Water Park; Sport activities in the shopping mall. Furthermore,
Shopping experience was excellent, all brand products were obtainable with reasonable price. Restaurants and fast food counter at every corner, Ice-skating, balling, and other sport entertainments were available, it is really a mark able place to visit and to stay.
Me and my husband we did not have to worry about our kids, the Sunway lagoon Park gave as opportunity for us to relax away from our kids as we enjoy shopping and dining.
Overall pricing is reasonable; rooms; food and beverages; water park, etc. Being there was like having full tour package; we don’t have to worry about dining, entertainment, shopping, activities, games, etc. All were just there
Nightlife Tip : African-Tanzanian Band is available just 15-30min driving away for the people who like Africans Band.

Everyone is kind and helpful, it is beautiful, there is a mall with a supermarket on sight, you could spend your whole vacation there, never leave and be happy This place really lets you know that you are on vacation and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. We have never had a better time! Go and take your family!
Shopping Tip : The mall is so large that you should get a map so you don't miss anything! We were there for 4 days before we knew about the cinema! Also, seeing a movie in Malaysia is cheap!

Excellent to have the option to have a nice massage in the comfort and privacy of your own hotel room, done by external company residing in the same building. Good transportation arrangement by the concierge. Excellent advice for romantic diner. Hotel massage and spa is located at the opposite site of the perimises, quit a long walk in the heat. Not so convenient. Sensational building, and entrance. Good hospitality from the staff. spacy, clean rooms. nice clean rooms, great shopping/restaurants too far from city center with no public transport very clean, modern hotel. service was outstanding as well - staff remembered who i was, followed up on requests, etc. i was given a room overlooking the water park, which was nice! there is a decent variety at breakfast, also since it's connected to the mall, you can easily find anything you'd need to eat there, too.

The arrangement of taxi done by this hotel is too far different compared with the direct meter paying taxi I took this hotel for the business purpose because I had the meeting with my client at the Ptaling area. Since the meeting held by at Friday evening then I came along with my family (husband and my little 3 years old son). We got a very nice room with amazing view of the Lagoon and theme park. The location with just one foot step to the shopping mall is another advantage, we can go in at anytime so it was very easy to find the a wide range of food. Even the access to swimming pool is rather far because located at the Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa while we were staying at the Pyramid Hotel, but the pool is offering fun and enjoyable moment with family. Hope to have any other chances in future to stay in this hotel both Pyramid or Resort and Spa at Sunway
Shopping Tip : Very easy to access the shopping mall with a full range of dine selection
