Good location, Good food (every day something new), clean room No arabic TV channels, I wait for 12 hours to get a baby cot!! I love my stay in this hotel, the resturant is fantastic, cool and nice room. It is near Jalan Bukit Pentang and 5 mins (by car) China Town. The size of the room is good.
The only bad thing that wait for 12 hours to get the baby cot (first night my baby slept between me and my wife :( ). Also the internet is expensive.
All other things are fine
Shopping Tip : You can find the good shopping malls just 5 mins walking in Jalan Bukit Pintang

The location is good, friendly staff, price was not too bad. Furniture in the room upgraded. bathroom not upgraded but old style, walls not repainted The hotel upgrade was half done. . Interior was renewed but the bed and walls were still in the old style. Bath room was not upgraded. The lobby is generally good and location of the hotel is good considering the price on listed on the website. Preferably the hotel can add the internet in the price as it easier as most hotels nowadays do.

Good location. Very helpfull staff. Great breakfast Pool was not in afternoon sun (personal preferenace) We had a pleasant stay. The staff were bery frendly, and were able to assist with all our enquiries and issues promply. I would have prefered the pool to be in afternoon sun, but it was suitable for our needs.The hotel was cenrally located between the CBD and Chinatown, yet far enough out of CBD.
Shopping Tip : It is an easy walk to chinatown, and the CBD. Suggest doing the CBD first to chech out prices, then do Chinatown
