Good location but abit rundown

Service staff was okay, time took to check in was average, but check out was fast. Was given a room with no safe box, dirty carpet, TV with no remote, requested to change room and was given room with higher floor, which is way better than the previous one, most importantly the room is with a safe box. Price is quite steep if I was not allowed to change room but it was okay when moved to the new room. Friendly security guards. Breakfast was supposed to be at the restaurant but was turned away to the cafe as the restaurant was full, for both days. Quite disappointed with that. Room service managed to unlock my door even I latched it from the inside when I was still sleeping in the morning. They should not come in if it's latched. TV with cable channels, good for those staying up till late. 24 hours shop opposite hotel. Other than that the stay was okay, comfortable and good.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping very close to Bt Bintang area, and Chinatown. Alot of seafood stalls at Jalan Alor, mostly at night.

Great spacious hotel room
Hotel room is nice n spacious. Approachable staff.

Great hotel...enjoyable stay and friendly, approachable staff. The rooms are nice n spacious. However hotel not very near popular places. A minimum of 15min walk to an attraction.

Overall is good. Breakfast is good.
However, the reception staff lack of friendly smile.
Given a room with an old sunken bed which make us quite disappointed.
Maybe we are unlucky.

Nice hotel - Great location

the hotel staff was very helpful and made our 2 day stay very well appreciated. The room was clean, the bathroom could have been better though in terms of cleaning. The best thing about this hotel is the location, it's only 5 minutes walking distance from KL' heart

Good hotel in the middle of traffic jam

We have good sleep, breakfast is good& many choices.
Some of the staff is nice to the tourist, but some don't care.
We have a difficulty to find transportation, because there's no domestic bus, & almost all taxi in front of the hotel don't want to use meter (they ask for double or triple the actual price). Misserable for tourist!
We must walk a bit far to find a taxi with the meter. Riddicilous!
Every day, We need to wait until 7 pm just to avoid the traffic jam to go back to the hotel. Otherwise, many taxi don't want to go or charge double or triple the price
