Do not confuse it with Swiss Garden Residences!

travelled to kl with extended family but hotel bookings were made separately. my parents were booked at swiss garden residences (which had the exact same address because its just located behind the hotel) but we had in error booked ourselves into this hotel. lobby staff was not sympathetic of error and refused to allow us to switch booking even though we offered to top up the difference. almost spoilt our kl trip!

our family room was fantastic for 4 of us (my hubby, myself with our 2 older kids)..value for $ as we were given 4 complimentary bfast every morning during our stay at swiss garden..we extended 1 more night since it was so comfortable there!

From check in to check out, the hotel Front desk insured that my requests were satisfied. The breakfast buffet was very well presented with fresh and tasty fare. My room was specious and kept clean by the Housekeeping Staff. The Conceirge Staff was always accomodating, whether it be to provide an umbrella or arrange for taxi service. The hotel Business Center was very effecient when I required administrative services. I would recommend the Swiss-Garden to any of my associates visiting KL, for business or leisure travel.

The location is perfectly situated for people who Is on a budget. Everyhing is within walking distance. The hotel itself was great. Good family size bedroom plus a balcony which renders an awesome view of the sky tower. The receptionist were friendly but people in customer service needs to be more proficient in English.

the hotel has a great location just a 2 min walk to the "bintang walk" which is littered with massage parlors and great shopping malls (lot 10, bb plaza, low yat).the internet... in the rooms is only by cable so if you have multiple users all cannot access the internet at the same time. there is only wifi in the lounge and is only accessible if you purchase a drink.service by the housekeeping would take the soiled towels and not replace them. our room was not setup prior to arrival (required another bed), also lack of light in bathroom and room(consider when applying makeup for the girls). breakfast only con was they don't do made to order eggs, but the roti is the best in kl!

the swiss garden hotel location was execellent...walking distance to berjaya times square,lot 10 shopping mall,kl pavillion,cheap taxi ride to kuala lumpur convention centre(klcc),petronas twin tower,a must-go for family to aquarius at klcc,craft cultural complex , chinatown and the bird park.for supper, the hotel is just five minute walk to the night hawker at jalan alor selling mostly asian food. there is even a 24-hour convenience store 168 and nice indian prata/naan coffeeshop across the hotel. a good mix of 4-star ambience with very local amenities all at the hotel doorstep. everything was perfect except the pool size.
