location and service of the staffs are good. the lighting need to have more as the room was too dim. tv should have at least 32". overall, my family and myself quite enjoy the stay. room service menu should provide in every rooms. room need to upgrade. buffet breakfast should have more varieties.

about 13 rm from kl central. staff is nice. within walking distance to the main shopping street.
the water seems not very clean. too much purifier. better not drink

Nice room but the buffet food is really lame...and i was chase after to pay for my daughter of 8yr for it when when it not even worth eating...

alot of nice restaurant nice by ..u got try "BANGKOK JAM"the is really nice and the place is really romantic..

its a very old hotel room... but the service was nice, they really try to help you. they only place in e hotel that has a wifi is at the breakfast place, u have to dine, to be able to get the wifi.

location is good if u're interested to go to chinatown, but if you're only interested in Bukit Bintang then u'll be better off at other hotels along Bintang walk. This hotel is not near the LRT/Monorail station and can be quite a hassle if u're carrying heavy bags.
However Chinatown is just one bus stop away (1RM) from the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the public transport instead of cabbing

This is my second time stay in swiss hotel. The staffs are friendly and approachable. Rooms are clean and tidy.
Wi-Fi should be avaliable free for all accommodators.
Restaurant Tip:
Be sure to have a bite in chinatown. Fantastic claypot rice, bak ku teh and street hawker delicacies!
