Nice hotel,good service, very helpful staffs.
The cake shop near the lobby was poppular to my daughter. she loved all of it.

very good location....very close to the church, the china town, the big shopping centers and talking about food, this hotel is very close to this amazing places that we can eat out with lots of different kind of food which open from 2pm to 2am.
Shopping Tip:
Need to bargain...down from 50% to 70% on each item.....if going to the china town.

After checking into the hotel and settled down in the room, the counter service actually did a follow up call by asking whether the room is alright, to see if the guest has any other needs (ie: extra towel and stuffs). I'm pretty impressed with their service.

NIce hotel with a grate location

The hotel is has a very good location close to the shopping area Bukit Bintang and not to far from all the central sightseeing points.
We booked a family room - very nice and with 2 bedrooms and a good size bathroom. To get a top score the cleaning has to improve a little bit - it was OK not more. (And to set up some hangers for towels and clothes)
The hotel is quite modern and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would have liked an open Wi-Fi.
We had a extremely disappointing experience in the restaurant with slow service - 60 minutes to get a Club sandwich and it was by far the worst I have ever had - avoid it !!
The breakfast however was very good with a wide selection.
Overall a nice hotel with value for money.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a bar and restaurant street within walking distance from the hotel - a bit north of the shopping area Bukit Bintang on the street - Changkat Bukit Bintang - very nice with a wide selection of food and drinks!!

the superior room is very small but clean, the television provided even smaller (only 20inch i think), the breakfast is average, best part is the hotel allowed us to extend the check out time till 2pm. if the reception have a smile on their face will be much more better!
