Great location and room is ok

We stay 2 night in this hotel, location is GREAT, it is only 10 min walk to China town and 5 min walk to Time Square, 10 min walk to Sungai wan shopping mall. hotel room is big and clean, the toilet is a big of disappoint, something that need to be improved, staff is helpful. Breakfast is good with variety of option.

Good hotel, getting outdated

This is a good hotel and good value for money. We were happy with our rooms, The hotel is in a good location and breakfast is good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good location but rooms & service inconsistent

When we arrived the front desk lady was not friendly, barely spoke English and couldnt give us the password for free wifi. Our room had a broken toilet, so were transferred to another room, but smaller and noisy (facing construction). We complained again and were transferred to a 3rd room, same size as original. Overall, service and rooms not up to a 4 star standard but ok if you are looking for a place to crash with generally clean, comfy rooms and close to food/shopping.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Sungei Wang Plaza close by, great shopping especially for women

We have stayed here 3 times over the past two years and although the price has been very affordable we have noticed a decline in service and a rise in buisness people staying in the hotel, however the premier delux room is very nice but we were dissapointed in the breakfeast.

The hotel is located in a decent location near the Bukit Bintang area, and the price is really worth it for the quality of the room. Aside for the lackluster breakfast buffet, it was overall a pleasant stay. We'd consider alternatives next time though.

Nice and Clean Rooms.. However my room had water problems such as flushing. Water was either too hot or too cold while showering at night. The next morning there was no water at all. I called the housekeeping and they could not helped much. Frustrated, I checked out at 10am after the complimentary breakfast. Brekkie was ok. Could have been a pleasant stay if not for the water problems.

The stay was good, some time taken to check in and the room we purchased was supposed to be a super delux. My parents had a normal room and their room was larger and had a bigger bed than ours for which we paid more for.

We enjoyed our stay - the rooms are nice, comfy and very clean. staff are all very friendly and helpful - especially the "cowboy" man on the tour desk, who was also our guide on a trip!
Restaurant Tip:
Only a 5minute walk from the main street which is full of a variety of bars and restaurants, which have a great atmosphere.
