Good service

We booked for three people in a triple room. The first time we stayed there the room was very adequate, however when we returned we were put into a very small room which had a very strong smokey odour. To the credit of the staff, when we requested another room for the next night they were happy to accommodate us and even moved our luggage as well.

Lovely hotel for a relaxing break

We had a lovely two night stay here. The receptionist was able to offer us a quiet room not facing the nearby construction when asked (although we did have to wait and come back later that day). The room was excellent = a lovely comfortable bed in a large room that was both modern and stylish. The view from our high floor room gave us a great view of KL and looked very impressive at night with all the lights on. The breakfast buffet was OK and the location was near enough and far enough to visit the nearby shops and restaurants.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for a high level floor and a quiet room to maximise your enjoyment during your stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel rooms but moderate size
Clean Room and clean environment, provided buffet breakfast and the food was quite good also the location is quite near to shopping malls.

I would recommend people to stay in this hotel, mainly because of the price paid for the location which wasn't too far from major shopping malls. Comparing to staying in centre of the shopping malls, the price is very considerable. Moreover, the hotel room is CLEAN & NEW. The staffs there were also quite friendly.
Shopping Tip:
For shopping you might want to get this hotel and just get taxis to the shopping mall, this would save u quite some money.

Our stay at The Swiss Garden hotel in Kuala lumpur was enjoyable and the staff was friendly. The check in process was a little slow but was compensated by staff posutive customer service attitude and attention.
We recommend The Kuala Lumpur Swiss Garden Hotel to anyone who is going for a short stay.
The Hotel Service and Accommodation was definetly good value for money.

Travel tip:
Hotel serves us a van go to china town at 21.00 - 22.45. It is about 10 mnt. Staff is helpfullness. There are taxis in front of the hottel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

This hotel is completely run down and never deserves to be called a luxury place. The hotel must have been built 2 decades or so ago and ever since the owners are just cashing in. I am a frequent traveller but have not seen such a shabby place for years. Check in. People extremly unfriendy, bathtube just not useable (i refrain on purpose on further comments here), 2 out of 3 elevators not working (waiting time on my floor at times upto 12 minutes!!) etc.... Honestly, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. There are much better deals in the proximity of this hotel.

We picked this hotel as it was at a reasonable price. The hotel was overall ok. The lifts were extremely slow and small which meant e had to wait approximately 10 to 15 mins at a time. The good thing about the hotel was that its close to Bukit Bintang St and all the shops. We would rate this a 3 star not 4 as rated.
Shopping Tip:
Petaling Street is very close convenient.
