Customer service in this hotel is very poor, they are not looking after you. we had along wait before check in recieptionist was not friendly at all, breakfast was not good too, serving room was too small for amount of people were there also however it should go till 10.30 am many foods have ran out on 9 oclock, but room was clean and hotel is stuated in close area to city center, some good resturants are close to hotel too.

This quality of this hotel was good. The location was in the heart of KL, near the Imbi and the Hangtuah stations, and also within walking distance of Chinatown and Little India. From the first impression entering the hotel, it didn't look that appealing because of the rather ugly commercial buildings and construction site nearby. Also traffic could be a little hazardous, but rest assured the rooms were up to the standard and the location was central. The breakfast buffet was also highly popular and good.

the hotel is centrally located, tastefully decorated,friendly & helpful staff.speedy checkin & checkout. we stayed at swiss garden twice during our visit to malaysia & i must say that for a four star their services are of five star! their breakfast buffet is quite good & although we were three in each room they did not create a fuss.(our 3 year old son & 7 year old daughter.the pool area & the lobby is very wel maintained & the rooms are spaceious & well decorated. they even gave us a free upgrade the second time round,which was very sweet of them.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
there is an indoor theme park in timesquare mall which is just walking distance from the hotel.great for kids.

Ideal Location in Bukit Bintang area with the best facilities. The staff very courteous and had nice stay.

Stay at Swiss Garden was memorable as the room was nicely arranged,cleaned properly with well maintained wash rooms. Swimming pool also maintained well with sauna facility. Spa facilities at the hotel is also economical with value for money. The staff was very cooperative as we had our the parcel, packed breakfast at 5.15 am due to early check out to catch the flight.

Hotel is close to just about everything. Chinatown, Midvalley Mall, Hawker stalls,Petronas Towers. Location can't be beat.
Taxi's in front of the hotel are all waiting to rip you off. They will not use a meter. Walk down the street a little and waive a taxi down and make sure it's metered. Will save you a good chunk of change.
Check out was a bit of a hassle. We checked in with both our passports and told the clerk specifically that we need both names on the bill for tax purposes. When it came time to check out, they had only name on there so we requested the other name to be added. The clerk was very unhelpful and even outright rude. She condescendingly told us that if we wanted both names, we should have checked in with both passports. After I told her we did and she saw the paperwork from the check in, she didn't offer us an apology but just stared us down. Four star resort my ass. The hotel was great but the I won't be back because I don't need an attitude from the hotel staff on my vacation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Genting Highlands is a must see. We hired a taxi driver for a whole day for $100. We started out at 8AM, went to Putraraya Temple, Cable Car, Genting Highlands, Buddhist Temple near Genting Highlands, Batu Cave and then to the airport. Well worth the money if you ask me.

I stayed 2 nights at the swiss garden KL from 31st may to 2nd june and i did not have a good experience. First of all, the rooms were old and in need of refurbishing, secondly, the pool was so ridiculously small, i thought it was a hot tub at first. Room service was slow, i had to call up twice before the ice i requested was delievered 30 mins later. Breakfast was horrible and variety was limited. However, the hotel had friendly staff and smooth check in/check out. Location was okay and within walking distance to shopping areas.

The Swiss Garden hotel was situated in a very convenient location. The staff were very courteous and always willing to be of assistance. The room was spacious and well presented with a view of the city.

In general, the Swiss Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur was ideally suited for our holiday. It was in the hub of the Golden Triangle which allowed us to do a lot of sightseeing, especially walking. Chinatown and Central Market were also very handy. We enjoyed the sauna and pool facilities which provided some respite from the very humid conditions of the city. There was a range of restaurants/eating areas and the breakfast was well presented, varied and tasty. Housekeeping was very efficient and prompt as was the computer facilities where staff were extremely helpful when needed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The proximity to the monorail and LRT allowed us to commute easily to many areas of Kuala Lumpur. This made all sightseeing easily accomplished.
