Improved service compared to my last visit

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Not a fan of the hotel if I had to refer to my first stay a month ago, yet I still booked this hotel due to its strategic location for my business activity. Surprisingly the service this second time round is pretty good and decent. Either there's improvement in management or they happened to have better staff this time round.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Jalan Alor which is a few minutes walk away offers lots of good food. Pavilion and Berjaya are about 15-25 mins walks away from hotel.

A bit insufficient light.

Friendly services,but the room is actually a bit dark, the room is clean and tiny. One thing is before I check out, the room service started to knock my door for cleaning up my room, this is very weird. They should check it out whether the customers has check out or not first .

The hotel is in strategic location and it is away from the jam. The room is clean and cosy but there is no free wifi. Overall the hotel is good to stay in.

Lovely hotel and good service, AC not good

I enjoyed living in Swiss garden, it was great experience. Breakfast was one of the best thing in the deal 25-30 dishes in buffet breakfast.
The only weakness was in a family suite they had one room cool and the other one was not so cool as the AC control was not in that room. Over all good experience value for money.
Restaurant Tip:
jalan alor where you can have variety of food is just in front of the hotel about 500m or so. but tram station is behind the hotel you need to walk about 800m or so.

Clean hotel in a good location

the hotel is clean and the staffs are friendly
the location of the hotel is nicely located in Bukit Bintang area, a trip to KLCC only take 15 minutes, and you can easily find street food just one street after the hotel (during the night) and walk another block to find a night club, technology mall, and some more restaurant
The breakfast in the hotel is ok but lack of variety, and they don't have wifi (LAN only), they also charged for the internet

The hotel is clean, amenities are complete; they even provide disposable shaver, and the staffs are polite
the location are strategically located in Bukit Bintang area, and you can find a lot of street food at night just one street away from the Hotel, and walk another block to find the Technology mall, some restaurants (Outback, Starbucks, etc) and also a club
Internet is available through LAN cable(No WIFI), and they charged you for it. breakfast is ok but lack in variety. also you don't get much choice of channel from the cable tv.
