We had a very pleasant stay at Swiss Garden. Centrally located in KL. Just walking distance to many Shopping Places. Restaurant offers you a good buffet with a wide spread. Offer you Ala-Carte menu too. Rooms are very well maintained. Family rooms are the best as they are very spacious although with one bathroom. I recommend this place to anyone and I wont miss the place when I visit next KL.

The hotel was nice however, the location is not in Bukit Bintang as advertised it is actually Jalan Pudu. There is not much right there it is a 5 minute walk through some less than desireable areas. Because of the Ramadan most of the hotel restaurants were either closed or there schedule of operating hours were changed.
Shopping Tip:
Only 5 minutes from very expensive shopping but 15 minutes from the Mid-Valley Mall which was very nice with loads of very good restaurants. Actually 2 malls were here!

hotel room is nice, roomy and clean. although some of the hotel front desk's staff are not friendly, but the location of the hotel is the reason why we stay there; it is near the famous petaling street by 15min walk, and 10min to Bukit bintang. recommended if room available, it is a very busy hotel, hard to get a room.

We stayed in KL for just one night and needed some where with a good location and reasonable price. This hotel was just the ticket. The staff would go out there way to help us. Only had one meal in the hotel breakfast. It was good but not amazing, but I think I'm a bit fussy!

courteous staff who gave extra pillow, extra bottle waters freely.

Some tips want to share if you don't want to take taxi there (taxi there is expensive and they charge more if you're foreign). Directly take airport express to KL Sentral and then take taxi from there. Swiss-Garden is about 15mins away from KL Sentral. The room is decent and price is reasonable.
Restaurant Tip:
Very close to local food court and time square. You can get all kinds of different food (local malay, Chinese, Thai, etc.)

We had a good stay @ Swiss-Garden Hotel KL. Even though it was a short stay, it very pleasant and comfortable. It was a good weekend escapade for us as couple who is very busy with work, family life and etc. A weekend to catch up with your partner in a relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

My family really enjoy during the stay , we have good moment together.
Opposite the hotel there were several restaurants.. One of it is mamak restaurant which is open for 24 hours.
