Spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower

Pleasant 2 nights stay. Room is clean and bed are very comfortable. There is only one bathroom but it is very spacious with bathtub and separate shower (a slight space constraint to go in and out). Breakfast buffet is yummy but same dishes for two days. Overall, four stars out of five.
Shopping Tip:
A walking distant to Berjaya Times Square and Pavillion. Food lover will find many selection of Middle East restaurants available along the way of Bukit Bintang

Clean and decent hotel
Good location , near to many eating places and shopping centres

The hotel was average, clean and neat. Some areas for improvement are : 1) Should provide a double bed room with 2 sets of toiletries instead of one only, after all there are 2 occupants in the room! 2)Variety for breakfast is really lacking and the quality of food is not there, they should hire better cook and 3) The so called shuttle service is as good as none as the schedule is all in the night

Great hotel with top service

We were very impressed with this hotel. During our stay, we had a lot of online work to do, the hotel provided great facilities to us. The staff were very nice and always served us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great choice of cuisine.

Great place. Hotel was central, nearby vibrant area of KL ie Bukit Bintang, Imbi, Petaling Street. KLCC was rather nearby too. Only issue was jam during rush hours. Friendly taxis in front of hotel. Best feature was breakfast / hi-tea with various types of food. My parents had fun exploring the shopping places & Malaysian food.

awesome hotel but have bed bug

it was a awesome experiance staying in the hotel. because of the good location, nearby berjaya times square, lot 10, starhill and pavillion and also near the china town (petaling street).overall is ok to stay there. only i get bite from the bed bug and suffer itching so bad.

the hotel is in a central area, near a car restrictd zone, in a nice location, rooms quite old, and style very basic, staff is helpful, even if someone do not speak english.

i really enjoyed my stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur. the location was perfect. easy excess to go out and in from the city. near shopping malls. restaurant. friendly stuff, clean rooms.
