attraction at walking distance
Right opposite of happening area and hotel site calm and peaceful

Rooms are small however breakfast, staff and location very good.
Eating houses opposite of the hotel area goes on till small hours.
Shopping Tip:
Lowyat for all IT shopping, shopping malls BB Plaza, Lot 10 all at walking distance.

Get early to pertonas towers impossible. may need to arrive 6 am as they only sell tickets on the day

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

its a very good location and great value for tourist, since we will be out the whole day and just come back to the hotel to rest. staff's are also frendly and helpful, they got their smiles all the time!
one negative thing i can comment though is loud banging of doors, it disturbes your sleep at night and in the early mornings. they gotta change their door locks.

stayed in room 416 4th floor. room a bit old in need for furniture renovations. no visible power points had to move out tv and fridge table to access one. bathroom hand wash basin leaking water and floor dirty. second day ask for complementary water which was immediately delivered by a friendly staff. very slow check-out ( 30 minutes). good location at the begining of bukit bintang walk and chinesse food restaurants very cheap. hotel no value for money would rate as 3 1/2 stars and definetely not deluxe room. the girl in bussiness centre very helpful. we were thinking of staying 2 more nigths but decided otherwise. would not recommend.

The hotel location is very good, close to Bukit Bintang and Puduraja bus station. The hotel's bed was good but the bathroom was put me off and the room smelled smoking.

When checked into this hotel, the bathroom wasn't cleaned and complaint to the front desk receiption. At the end the assistant hotel manager upgrade my room to Superior.
Shopping Tip:
Great for shopping around Bukit Bintang. Walking distance from hotel to bus station

Great situation but poor service

for the price we can find better in KL. when I arrive there was no TV control, no towels and the internet was slow (only by cable).
In the morning for the breakast was ok but so crowded.
I won't return to this hotel.

The premier executive room was very spacious with a wonderfully large and well equipped bathroom. The hotel was located about a 10 min walk up Jalan Pudu from the Puduraya bus terminal, making it very easy to get to by the bus from the Cameron Highlands. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections, especially breads.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If walking from the Puduraya bus terminal, you'll have to cross the street (Jalan Pudu) and then cross back when you get to the hotel. There is no sidewalk between the terminal and hotel on that side of the street.
