Second stay was just as good as the first

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first night I stayed in a smoking room even though I had requested a non smoking room. I asked to be moved in the morning and was moved straight away. In the new room I could hear the kids next door so I asked to be moved again and everybody was very helpful and changed my room again. The smoking rooms do seem to be more run down than the non smoking but in general its a nice clean hotel. Breakfast and stay are great so we couldnt really ask for more for the money. Its a good location to.

The hotel is located within easy reach of all the main attractions making it a good base for walking around the city. The rooms could do with updating as ours was not quite the standard we'd expected from the 'delux' description.

A really nice hotel, great location.

This hotel is very well located, about a 15 minute walk to Chinatown, or a 5 minute walk to Bukit Bintang. Luxurious rooms, good swimming pool, very good breakfast.

Great Location but old theme rooms

The location is great and very accessible to the Central shopping areas. Great food is also within walking distance.
The hotel is a little old and the rooms theme are also Passé. A good renovation will bring life back to this great location Hotel.Overall this hotel is still value for money.

it was a convenient stay at the heart of city across golden tringle of bukit bukit bintang. the choice of food are good with multi cultural food of delicacy from chinese, thai, local and western food.
my only compliment is the room service are very attending with good customer service.
the only complain was the carpark for rm10 for 1 night stay. this was my first experience that the carpark was not a complimentary in the hotel stay.

this was our fist stay in malaysia. after a 30 hour flight it was a nice hotel to stay at. location was great and right across the street from jalan alor food market and close to timesquare. the staff were friendly (compared to other malaysians). plus side - fridge does not turn off when you remove your key card.
the pool was a bit small but better then none.
the hotel breakfast was very good, but was not included in our booking. if yours is not included recommend going to a cafe down the street for great cheap food as the hotel breakfast is quite expensive.
Travel tip:
Two minute walk from Jalan Alor for great night market Chinese food and right down the street from Chinatown.

but hotel's bed smaller than other hotel n price a bit n't worth... n't so clean but i request 2 change for us 2nd nite, they did... gd service...

near Bukit bintang n many shopping thr like sg wang, pavillian, etc...
