I arrive late at the hotel with little children and the staff was not so kindly and helpfull.
We make mistake with the booking of a room. The staff didn't come with an alternatief.

A very memorable vacation staying at Swiss G Hotel
Nice and clean room, delicious food and gourmet. Very nice service and good location. Very good location.

We experienced a memorable time even in one day only with my family. The pool is nice and pretty good for my little nephew though it is a bit small. The breakfast is fantastic coz it is international buffet. The hotel is very near to our real destination - to the KLCC. The staffs are very friendly and attentive.
See you next time guys. Just maintain the hotel as nice as what we have experienced. The gym is also nice and user friendly make it also clean and beautiful as always. Very satisfied with this hotel as its clean n comfortable to stay in.All Staff working on the reception were particularly friendly n appeared welcoming.Room service was fast and polite in their manners.I would certainly choose to stay in this great hotel again on my next visit.Thanks all staff in this hotel. The restaurant is lovely and the bar/lounge area equally as welcoming. Room service was prompt and the food arrived beautifully presented.
The room itself was beautifully appointed and the finishings in the bedroom and bath all of the highest standard.

Enjoyed the stay in comfortable room, Staff were friendly and helpful - particularly the tour people - ask for Alex. Meals were good and fast and free Internet. Restaurants around the area great and good shopping walking distance. MRT construction nearby made walking slightly more dangerous. Avoid KL during election in May 2013 we were advised.
