Great location but rude receptionist

The receptionist is rude and unfriendly, unlike other staffs. Overall, the stay was fine. However, the breakfast was just normal and limited choice of food. The lobby is small but clean. Moreover, the hotel is quite old. Room service was fast and efficient.

Parking fee of 10RM could be waived.
Service could be improved to maintain 4 stars status.
Shopping Tip:
Within walking distance to the major shopping areas, china town and sungei wang , lot 10 etc. good location.

Lovely hotel with a good location

Good location not far from shopping centers and bus station.
We got there pretty early (8am) when check in was 2pm but we were checked in right away which was very good as we were traveling all night.
Tour desk is a bit expensive, can get cheaper across the road.
10 min walk to bukit bintang plaza and other shopping centers in that area.
Buffet dinner at hotel restaurant was over priced, better to get meals in shopping centers or other places.
Room was very nice. Breakfast not that great for western choices (I really wanted french toast or pancakes but had neither).
Overall would stay there again, good value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go across road from hotel for cheaper tour options then hotel tour desk.
KL bird park very nice.

Great location with good size room and good value

Staffs are not that friendly. When I extended for another 3 nights, I was told not available. But when I booked , the room became available. Overall the hotel is good.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to all the shopping areas. But traffic is very bad during peak hour. So if friends are picking you up from hotel, make sure not in peak hour time.

At first we were surprised when we were told that the hotel is under renovation and we have to move to the Swiss-Garden Residence. But then, we realized that the Residence was so much better than the Hotel. Besides the check in process that took a quite long time, everything is great. We got a microwave, guest room, kitchen, great location, great room facility and many other things.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't forget to visit the Petronas twin tower

Anyway, this is my very first experience stay and make reservation hotel with agoda. Worry a bit for sure, anyhow it turned out to be excellent.
