Just have short stay but very pleasant with my stay.
The receptionist are helpful & nice. And I found all staffs speak good English which is very impressive.
One thing they need to improve. When I check-in, they give me the room but let me come to the room myself, no one help me to send my luggage to my room and show the room.

Great stay at this hotel.the room is clean and staff is friendly location is just a walk away from times square. Near starbucks and 7/11. Money changer is also near the hotel. The buffet breakfast is okey.but only few selection of food.

Reception was very helpful, porter service was great, overall atmosphere very pleasant. The family room stayed in was clean & comfortable. But, the design could be improved as the location of the toilet & bathroom is a bit awkward. The occupant of the master bedroom will be disturb every time one has to pass through to get to the toilet/bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good but the dining area could be bigger. Over all, a satisfactory stay & would recommend it if one is to go for a relaxing type of stay in K.L.

We had a great stay at swiss garden hotel, the location is just a 5 min walk to berjaya times square. Food selection at buffet breakfast is limited but it delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful

The stay was very comfortable. The place is close to lot of shopping and entertainment.
The rooms look run down and needs refurbishment badly. The images in the advertisement don't match reality. I am disappointed in that sense.
