Excellent and Efficient service
The staff is very efficient in their service. As I came very early at 5am and wanted to check in the staff advice me to come back at 7am which is half the price off. So I waited until 7am and check in. This hotel need some renovation as the lift and doors are old. The sensor for keys is not working well, you will need to insert and remove slowly. The door is heavy that you need to pull strongly. Overall the hotel is very nice to stay at. Opposite is Bukit Bintang with street food and I had the best massage at Chaang.

convenience in location, good spread of breakfast but should change the menu everyday, and also the parking should reserved first for the existing hotel guest with vehicle instead of open to non hotel guest. and this caused us have to park to swiss garden residence with charges applicable. the charges should not applied as its not the guest's fault or on purpose to park to the other carpark. please take note of this especially for the guest who want to stay for more than 1 night~ Thank you

Faded glory
The good: Hotel was located in a very good location, walking distance to Jalan Alor, Berjaya Times Square, etc. Cost about RM75 using the airport taxi service to the hotel. The bad: Hotel was rated 4 star, but IMO, it is way past its glory days. There were no bedside sockets to charge your devices, only one located at the dressing table. The keycard system was old and didn't really work well, and during the final day, I couldn't even get into the room and have to go to the reception twice before someone came up with the master key to unlock the room. One of the reception staff wasn't really friendly and gave a pissed off look when I told her about the card key problem. For goodness sake, you are the face of the hotel, put on a smile at least! Only the concierge staffed by this really nice guy was friendly enough.

Simple hotel
Definitely not a 4star hotel as advertised. Hotel & room are very old, need to do something about it. Photos are not the same as actual..
