A great hotel, value for money as the rooms are huge. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Also have a great view of skyscrapper KLCC. Walking distance to the city center, easy to get food and other necessities. Facilities is also just right. Will definitely go back to the hotel again if visit that area. Room was also very clean for a suite. Have all the things you would look for in a hotel.

we stayed at the hotel for one night on new year's eve. the location is pretty ok with walking distance to bukit bintang about 10 mins. 15 mins to pavilion shopping mall. the room itself is clean and complete with kitchen utensils. only thing i hope they can add is the kitchen detergent as i prefer to wash them myself prior to cooking.
the bathroom is also spacious, with rainshower but no bathtub. somehow the hot water is also not really hot, but more towards lukewarm.
the hotel breakfast is ok, but appreciate more variety. my stay with kuantan swiss garden is more preferable as the breakfast had more variety as well. however there is no complains regarding food quality.
during check-in the staff is courteous albeit a bit slow. they also mention a charge of rm10 for parking, but during check out they reimbursed me the cost. :)
overall it was a good stay. price is reasonable as it was super peak period.

For a family of 3 we booked a one-bedroom suite. Was traveling with the extended family and they had booked their stay directly on the hotel website. We checked in together but only the extended family managed to get a high level (they checked in in front of me). I had requested for high level on agoda but i guess the request fell through. I was given level 10, out of the 37 levels they had. No rooms were available for me to change with. Directly opposite our living room, it was a view of the next building's roof water tank. Dark and creepy at night. But the master bedroom had a better roadside view. Still about views, we stayed there over the new year and the hotel is situated in the middle of all the fireworks explosions in various parts of the city centre. It was beautiful viewing it from the rooftop, which you wouldn't know existed until you get to the top level. I am sure the other occupants would be able to have seen the fireworks from their rooms too, especially those at the higher levels.
Their housekeeping is thorough, they mopped the floor, vacuumed the carpets...
Breakfast was ok but I wished they had more variety for different days. Nice restaurant, you can choose to sit in the air conditioned area or have an al-fresco breakfast. Never had to wait too long to get seats. Fast cleanup by service staff.
The pool, infinity pool, it is not at a high level but was nice. Went for a tranquil night swim, pool closes at 10pm. It was never too crowded as well.
Shopping Tip:
Located within 10mins walk to the shopping belt bukit bintang. There are some train line construction going on so the area to walk to the nearest mall, Berjaya Times Square, does not make a very pleasant walk. It's a further walk of about 20mins to get to Pavillion Mall, food haven at the basement! Hotel is not too far away from Chinatown or Little India. Nearest monorail station would be Hang Tuah. Would need to walk uphill from Swiss Gardens Residences entrance. If you don't fancy uphill, the other station is Pudu, opposite Berjaya Times Square mall.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very near to Bukit Bintang for shopping and good food at Jalan Alor.

Lovely Residence, staff in a great location

My family and I only stayed one night in the Residence for New Years Eve and it was quite a lovely stay. The room was spacious, bright and most importantly comfortable, the view wasn't too bad either as you can see the twin towers partially.
The location was convenient enough for us not to take a taxi to the main locations spot, Changkat, Pavilion Mall and KLCC.
The only problem that we encountered was that breakfast was a little too chaotic for us to handle in the morning. There seemed to be only one person cooking and taking care of everybody, which led to delays and obviously a tired looking staff.
The staff was extremely helpful in giving us directions and made us feel welcome the moment we walked in. Swiss Garden Residence is definitely bookmarked for us to stay again and recommend to friends & family.

booked this on agoda for a short new year eve getaway.
started real bad as i was made to wait 45 minutes for the room to be ready - i check in at 4pm and was only given the keys at 4.45pm. however according to the staff they upgraded me to exec from deluxe.
then it got worse when i enter the room - i was asked to choose between two single bed with klcc / golden triangle view or the other side with double bed. considering its new year eve and i wanted to have a good view of the fireworks - i compromise on the bed and went with klcc view. the moment i open the door - yes the room is facing klcc view but it is blocked by the hotel building.
as i was rushing to get to somewhere else before returning to avoid the new year eve traffic - i went out immediately and plan to request for a swap of room to face the other side but come with double bed. when i came back - was told it is full house but had no choice to stick to the original room.
fortunately - the experience does get better. love the design of the unit and i would say i am impressed by the service as well. of course i miss out the major firework but did managed to catch another firework show which is shorter. staff attitude is good even when i had a go at them on the room view been blocked by the hotel building. the breakfast buffet are quite standard - although it is packed and food run out quite fast as it is full house, they still replenish the food when the time for breakfast is nearly up. they've also given me a late check out till 3pm.
great experience and would have been perfect if it is a higher floor unit. p/s: was given unit at 13th floor - probably need a 15th floor or higher to have a clear view of the city.

The deluxe room so big with big bathroom, kithen and living room. We have 32nd floor room facing opposite Bukit Bintang road, great view with.
The bed so comfortable.
For the breakfast, only standard breakfast and the taste are standard also with no so many options. The chef must upgrade some taste of the food like noodles, fruits and sausages.
