Nice hotel and near the pudu sentral bus terminal

Overall, it was a great choice staying here. My initial concern was having a kitchenette inside the room since we have 9mos old baby with us. The room was big and spacious. Super clean as if we were the first time to use it. We enjoyed the swimming pools as well. Only comment was the buffet breakfast where we were expecting a lot more varieties than the common ones. I saw also one chef (chubby guy) on Dec27 who used the spoon to taste the laksa then returned the same spoon as the serving spoon for the cucumber. That was really bad.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel is near the Pudu Sentral bus terminal where you can take a bus there going directly to Genting and other places. This is more cheap than taking a cab. Also, from airport to hotel and vise versa, star shuttle offers direct service at cheap price than taking a cab.

Our stay was quite comfortable and there was free transport provided to the main shopping areas. The rooms were quite clean although the housekeeping was not very consistent. They would provide one room with towels and bath mats and not the other. They were also meant to provide bedroom slippers but did not. Overall the front office staff were friendly and helpful.

Due to the flight schedule, we arrived at 7:00AM in the morning. They were very helpful by giving the room at 7:40AM although the normal check-in time is 15:00 that we were very appreciated.
During our stay, the staff were so nice and polite. The suite is cozy with good city view. The location is very good where most of the places we want to go are in walking distance.

Surprisingly residence
The layout is very good and flexiable between different room. There is a single bed that is very good for a couple and one children. Quiet room. Internet speed is nice. They provide 3 different accounts for access. That is very convenient. Very clean.

One point is the free of charge water is very small. It's not enough for a family.
Restaurant Tip:
It's closed to Pavilion and a big bar street so no need to drive just walk there.

It is an apartment style hotel with kitchen facility and a long balcony. Room size is also spacious and good bath room size too. Overall like the room design and size. The only thing is the breakfast is really simple and very crowded.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It is quite a walking distance to Bukit Bintang, so taking a shuttle bus provided by the hotel might be a good idea. But the service is only available 2 times a day in the afternoon only so do take note of the departurre time.

Very lovely hotel with great location

Swiss Garden offers spacy room since it is more like service apartment. The room is clean, tidy, very luxurious & comfortable although can be better if it has washing machine similar with others I have stayed before. The location is totally great, only 5min walking distance to popular local food center and monorail station. The cons are the breakfast which offer little variety although they are pretty decent, beside that the hotel management seem to be pretty calculative in everything even wifi which is chargable.
