Location: Just a short walk to Bukit Bintang area where the shopping belt is. 10-15 minutes walk to Chinatown/Petaling Street where the night market/pasar malam/bazaar is. Nearest monorail station is Hang Tuah station, 5 minutes walk from the back of the hotel
Spacious: Our room was a Deluxe Room, the smallest type of room they have. However, it isn't small. Quite big for 2 people. Spacious and nice layout, bathroom was lovely, with a sunk in shower space. Kitchen is useful if you are going to cook but microwave oven and fridge were a bonus, got to reheat our subway sandwiches and chill our drinks in the fridge. Huge thumbs up for that :D
Cleanliness: Our room was very clean. No complains about it at all

The staff were friendly. Check in and out was very fast. We had complimentary wifi for 3 devices and they even offerred more if we need to. Overall a very great stay.

Had a room on the 31st level:had a kitchenette, living room, small study area with couch.
Room had a view of Petronas tower & KL tower, quite clean but had afew stains on the walls.
Hotel was located near main shopping area of Bt Bintang, just a 5-7mins walk.
Restaurant was average.
