Poor Service
Service was poor as it took a long time. Difficult to get thru operator. Had to try calling 5-6 times before someone answered. It was also an emergency as someone was not well and had vomited.

One of the best service apartment in KL city
Room is big, has a big living room. Location is a bit off, walkable distance to bukit bintang and Jalan Alor but a bit far if you would want to walk to Pavillion shopping Mall. Free parking is a plus point as most hotel in KL city doesn't cater for parking and also if it does the parking charges is expensive.

Wi-Fi very bad signal it works only near door inside room don t work.If you want more service in this hotell whey accept only cash.On the 6floor - pool it s not big and full of children.

Clean, spacious room and good breakfast
Clean and spacious room. The rest, were as what you expected witty the amount you paid for the room. Taxi Drivers stationed and plying between the hotel and the surrounding areas, charged exhorbitant rate as compared with taxis plying outside the hotel. This is not good for the hotel as it can affect the occupancy rate of the hotel.
