long walk to room for floors 3-7
very good hotel, good location, good shopping area, very friendly staff, overall very satisfied.
hop on hop off bus comes just in front of the hotel. too many restaurants around the hotel, and lot of shops for bags, shoes, garments etc. money changer just at the ground floor. travel desk available, baggage can be left for 1rm per bag.
Travel tip : there is an internet centre 24 hrs

Good location to the night market and to the sky train/monorail. Good chinese food near by of course
Please do not expect for a five star hotel. Good enough place to stay for two or three days (max!, otherwise I would go crazy in a room without windows). There is no internet in any room, must go down to the eating area to get on the computer and need to pay a nominal fee (well this is the same case as if you stay at the Four Seasons Hotel any way, but there they will charge you an arm and a leg), or better yet you can go the Starbucks at the end of the street and get on the internet for free, and have a good coffee while you're there

double lift transfer to access room.
suitably located for my purpose -- shopping right outside the back door (petaling street); HOHO bus stop just across the front door.
Kelvin (front desk staff) was very helpful in meeting our requests.
Am planning a trip back to KL in a few months with Swiss Inn as my preferred accomodation.
Travel tip : for first time visitors, HOHO bus day tour will be excellent value.

The location is a plus as it's a ten minute walk from the main bus terminal and abt 20 mins walk to Berjaya Times Square. Also, it's in the middle of Chinatown where there is a bazaar right outside the back entrance of the hotel.
