Awesome spot...right in heart of china town markets and cheap.

The rooms are very old and definitely not deluxe.

Only thing good about the Swiss Inn is the location and the price. Don't expect anything flash even if you request the best room.

Nightlife Tip : China town markets are awesome but prepare for serious claustrophobia and to get hassled. Go and find the Jamaican bar around the corner, very cool place to play some pool and get some seriously strong long island ice teas!

The rooms were generally clean though they are not big. The toilets were average. The hotels location was very accessible to Chinatown shopping areas and food centres.

There was only 1 staff in reception during peak hours.

The hotel is adequate for people who do not expect high standards. I like the area, close to monorail station which is connecting me to all area of kuala Lumpur. Easy access to China Town as well as Bukit Bintang. Compare to hotel charges it was a good service and rooms are clean. If I visit KL again I will think of Swiss-Inn hotel for my stay.

easily accessible from kl central.Very near the bargain center at chinatown and the "sidewalk restaurant" which offer delicious affordable food.Clean rooms!!

The room with no windows is small and the stairs going to the bathroom is not "good".Also there no hooks to hang some clothes.

Overall our short stay at swissinn was great considering the price that we paid via the online booking. We will surely recommend swissinn to our friends!!

Shopping Tip : always hassle for the lowest price on items you would want to buy from hawkers at chinatown. Most of the items are imitation only!!Including the taxi fares ayways ask for discount!!

Great location.

Bathroom and dim street lights along the lane leading to the hotel at night.

Great location! You find yourself right smack in the middle of Petaling St's night market the moment you step out of the hotel's back entrance. It is near Pudu Raya (easy for us to book a coach home) and the train station. The staff actually upgraded us to the deluxe room although we booked the standard room, which was really a pleasant surprise given that we had stayed here a couple of times before. The bathroom is really small whether it is in a standard or a deluxe room. It can get a bit scary walking back to the hotel at night especially for two girls. Reason for being out so late? Ramlee burgers! Look out for the small cart selling Ramlee burger along the hotel right outside Watsons.

Just out the door of restaurant you are in the heart of china town in the night market, the main entrance is in a more quite road.

The deluxe is a clean room there is a window and a LCD TV is a little small but nice ,I don't like rooms without windows like the superior. The staff are friendly and I can left my luggage in deposit until late evening.

Good location.

small wash room.

The decoration inside seems to have a long time history. The layout is very interesting. It is in the Chinatown so that the traffic is very convenient. It is clean and comfort, very good for those don't have much money. I will suggest my friends to stay in this hotel when in Koala Lumpur.

in Chinatown, clean.

small, poor breakfast.

room was fine, with modern, working fittings, TV, kettle, bathroom. Very small though and I would have struggled to share, even though it was a double. Buffet breakfast (which took a long walk to get to) was hardly worth the trek. Liked the Chinatown location.

Restaurant Tip : Old China Cafe.

- Very convenient for the night market. - Walking distance to the main bus station. - walking distance to LRT.

- Toilet is small and the tap was faulty when using. - Cafe for the breakfast is too small and packed. Gave a miss for breakfast as unable to find table. - Checking in was very late and delayed for 2 hrs.

Will recommend for a budget short stopover as it is near the main bus station and walking distance to the LRT. The Night market at the back hotel is nice and full of variety of good/items. Breakfast is really a hassle and packed and i chose to eat elsewhere and A&W is just a short walk there the streets thru the hotel main lobby.

Newly renovated room.

No window, no reception for hand phone.

I was a little uncomfortable when we book the room with no window. But it turn out fine once I step into our little room. It is clean, modern, newly renovated and looks nice, although I have to step out of the room to make a phone call from my HP. Love the rain shower too. It is conveniently located right in the middle of China town. Breakfast need some improvement on variety.

Shopping Tip : Stay here if you like the bargains at the night market. Main bus station and subway station is just within walking distance.

Nice and modern furnishing. Close to public metro line transports. Just in the middle of China Town.

No over time for check-out allowed. Half day price charged even for few hours over.

Nice and clean hotel in the middle of crowded Petaling Market (China Town area). Maybe some room are quite little (In the first room I had some problem in sitting down to the WC, cause the distance to the wall was lower than my legs length). No space for big luggage, otherwise you should not need them.
