I thought it was a convenient place to stay and worth the price.
Very good staff, clean room, near the Petalinka market and the Central Market. Internet available. Right across from the hop on hop off bus stop, a real boon to easily access the city sights.
Plumbing needs some work; faucets leaked. Bathroom very small and difficult to get to the toilet because door opens inward block the way. One has to step into the shower to close the door to reach the toilet.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hop on hop on bus stop just across from the hotel -a great way to get around the city and stop at key sites.
I will come and stay here again.

It's a very new hotel, and located at the middle of the city, plus the various mass transit systmes, national attractions such museums and park. It's in China Town, and is close to the Indian Town. Just by walking around, I got to see all the people of various cultures and practices.
Other than the location, Swiss- Inn Hotel Kuala Lumpur provided breakfast buffet and very nice tea bags in the room. I purchased the room through Agoda. The cheaper price gave me no choice of the room. Though it seemed small, but the room was cozy and the bed and all others were worth the price.
Swiss- Inn Hotel Kuala Lumpur is new and clean. Perfect location for a fair-priced accommodation. Agoda's purchase gateway made it an even attractive and valuable choice.
One receptionist was a bit long-faced. Later, I was reminded that Malaysian staff had to work more than 12 hours a day. The exploitative nature probably explained why the front-desk receptionist wasn't too cheepy.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : For short stay at KL for example 1-2 days, go visit the national museum and the bird park near the heritage train station. Both are good and give relaxing and quick view of this country's development and modern side.
Will not stay in this hotel again

The hotel staff cannot converse well in english, maybe that is y we felt they are not hospitable. They are not effective because they cannot give us the assistance we need.the breakfast is repetitive. it's the same everyday so we ate less and less. We cannot distinguish the difference between a family room and a deluxe room. It's not even 3 star hotel. We might come back if they improve.
location
uninformative staff- cannot even let us know how to go around places. we later found out for ourselves there's a hop on hop off bus!
We asked for assistance how to send out documents sealed in an envelope already. they told us to go to the post office. we had to contact Phils (home country) for help and was given dhl tel. number and was able to send out docs.
there's a new wing in the hotel but they don't want to let us stay there. we felt it's reserved for westerners only, not for asians!
It's fine with me

this is my first time to travel so for me, everything was exciting. The others in the group did not like it because they've travelled before and can compare. We can sneak out in the night and manage to come back in the wee hours of the morning without fear of getting lost. I only wish the hotel staff can be more helpful and trained.
accessible
run-down look of the hotel rooms
Great Place To Stay.

Why must i sign up in Agoda website. Because first thing you can earn points and also is cheap for the hotel rate that you book online.
This hotel st night outside the street there is nightlife.

Also booking from Agoda will be of much cheaper price. Good and enjoy the stay at Swiss Inn Hotel.
It is in a very good location, the front door has lots of food to eat in the day or night while the Petaling Street has "flea market" at night selling very cheap items.
-When I checked-in on the first day the refrigerator was spilt and I called the technician until the last day that we checked-out that gave me a really bad impression.
- Shopping Tip : Do remember to bring along a country map as it is easy to know where you want to visit.
pretty good

it was pretty good. have to admit, was a litte apprehensive after reading al the reviews but it was great. the room was small but beautiful, had all facilities, and best part, there was a water dispenser right outside the room, dispensing ice cold, n boiling hot water!the location is in the MIDDLE of china town, one door opening out to petaling street. breakfast was quite ok, simpe but good.egg counter, baked beans, potatoes and onions, toast, jam n butter, juice, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, cereal, local fare. pretty satisfying. bathroom was pretty small, n not a lot of hot water but otherwise great!
beautiful room, location.
bathroom too small.
Quite a pleasant trip.

it has a very good location, the front door has lots of food to eat in the day or night while the petalling street has "fleemarket"at night.the family room is quite big its comfortable to stay.
it is walking distance to puduraya bus station wher u can take bus to anywher in malaysia include singapore but remember not to buy ur tickets by the roadside,go to a counter to get ur ticket.
when we were checking-in a cockcraoch ran past us thats the part that gave us a realy bad impression, luckily the rom is clean. It has no "complimentary"water given.

Central to China town. Super clean rooms - LCD wall mounted TV. Very helpful staff - great breakfast
Rooms very small - window opens only slightly
- Shopping Tip : when shopping takes time to get right price - target 1/2 waht is first given - or lower - local shops have marked pricing to get good idea

We were locked out of our room on the 3rd day. We were told by the hotel receptionist that we did not inform them that our booking was extended by one day. We were really embarrassed in front of other hotel guest. And on 1st day found blood stains on one of the pillow. Suspected the pillow cases and bedsheets were not changed. Told house keeping to change. But they changed only the stained pillow case. And put 2 bedsheets on the bed expecting us to change the bedsheets ourselves. The hotel recep showed lack of courtesy too. In fact the cafe staff also lack professionalism. They did not station someone at cafe entrance to collect breakfast vouchers. But only come to the tables when were eating midway to ask for vouchers. This is very rude to interrupt. We had stayed at SwissGarden during our previous trips and only had admiration for their cleanliness and professional service. Swiss Inn is 5 years behind Swiss Garden. BTW this was our second stay at Swiss Inn.
At Chinatown, Petaling Street.
Room old. Pillows, pillow cases, blankets and bedsheets very old and dirty.
- Travel tip : Your hotel should provide some pamplets at reception or hotel room to inform guests of some famous hawker stalls (hokkien noodle) or Panggang fish, etc.
