Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Very pleasant hotel
Nice big rooms, large bathroom
7.7
Very satisfied with the room, good size, the biggest plus point were the light blocking curtains, not often you get this except in a 5 star hotel. Receptionist lent me an adapter which was a plus point. Only downside was the air-con was noisy and I didn't have ear plugs, clearly needing maintained or cleaned. I would point out that it was the best vented type or air con, not splits or wall units, the fan just needs a bit of oil or whatever.
Nightlife Tip:
stay closer to the street with Beach Club & Rum Jungle if you want to be closer to the action, also better to be closer to Petronas for Marini Bar next door on 59th floor, and Mandarin hotel

We arrived late the evening and was welcomed with warmth and effiency. Rooms was immediately allocated and we were supplied with codes for wi-fi. The rooms were clean and large enough for our need. The breakfast was sufficient and also catered for us Westerners. We were a group of 9 people with 3 Deluxe Queen bedrooms and 3 single rooms. All of us were very happy and satisfied with our aacommodation and will definately stay there again. As a matter of fact I will be staying there again in November 2012
Shopping Tip:
Very close to Petaling street and Central market. The shooping was good

Great Location but poorly maintained rooms

This is my 3rd stay in the hotel and it was disappointing. Rooms are badly maintained, toilet flush not working and stained, towels & bedsheets are not clean. It's in bad shape now compared to my stay a couple of years back.

Breakfast is really lousy though.

Very good location, value for money, attentive service for room and Front Office but F&B Staff are not so friendly. Has a limited choice of breakfast. The room is clean. Overall I am very happy with the hotel. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in the middle of Chinatown
Good food everywhere and at a very resonable price.
8.3
The staff was very helpful and the we had no problems checking in or out as everything was done within minutes. The whole town seemed to be at our front door and this was very convenient if you do not mind crowds and lots of good food.We had a very pleasant stay and would say that the cost of the hotel stay was money well spent .I would recommend the rooms on the upper floors as the view is better and there is less street noise.
