omg! this hotel the only thing that is good about it was the hotel lobby and the shower.

the hotel interior looked like it was newly renovated. the location was great since it was just a stone's throw away from chinatown and about a 10-15 minute walk from the central market.

A cosy hotel with friendly people
Clean & cosy, friendly front desk
7
Hotel is situation in Chinatown, there is no worry about food around this area. Breakfast in the hotel is not worth mentioning, if you are adventurous about food, there are plenty of local food inside Chinatown to challenge your taste bugs.
Overall hotel is a nice and cosy place, front desk staff are friendly, some may be a bit blur, but they serve with a smile is the the most welcoming sight.
This is my 3rd stay in this hotel, and they can recognise regular customers, we always asked for extra room keys and normally they require MR30 as deposit for each extra room keys, but since we are regular, they provided us free. These are the little things that may the stay very pleasant.
The hotel is still pretty new, thus very clean and cosy.
Cheers

Nice hotel welcoming staff and great location
clean with a great location in china town and close to transit

we stayed here last year and returned. we enjoy this hotel. the breakfasts, included, are good with a moderate selection. if wifi is important to you ask for a room ending in 06 or 07 as these have the strongest signal.

Poorly maintained, rather dirty, noisy
3.7
No wifi in my first room which also had an incredibly noisy and ineffective aircondtioner. The bathroom was really dirty, mould all around, carpet stained and not well cleaned. After complaining about the wifi situation the unhelpful reception staff moved me to another room which did have very slow speed wifi. My advice is spend the extra ringgit and stay somewhere cleaner. The photos must have been taken of some model suite and are NOT representational of the actual room you get.
