The hotel is just in the heart of chinatown, good prices, clean, I would stay here again if I will come back to KL
Shopping Tip:
Take metro to Imba and You will have so many shops and shopping malls to get bored.

worst trip to kl ever!
i check in around 1.30 for 2 rooms.
only 1 room was available so i was ask to stay in that room till my room is ready. and i only manage to check in around 4 pm!
i ask for hair dryer for both rooms and they only provide for 1 room.
the shower foam and shampoo are both different colour with same label! towels are not well clean.
breakfast was by far the worst i ever had in any hotel!
and when i check out the accuse me of stealing their hairdryer.
i don't even know how it look like !
i will never recommend any1 to go to this hotel ever again!
Travel tip:
take taxi from taxi stop. before u board make sure you confirm with them that they are charging you as per the meter rate.
claypot rice next to nanyang hostel is great! :d (2 block away from 5 element hotel)
go shopping at petaling street early !! (10am is the best) no killer rate! :d get stuff u want at a low low price!!! :d

the hotel in general is great..room size is just right...the food is okay...there is an additonal payment if you want to check in earlier otherwise, they will not allow you to leave your luggages..this is important because as tourists, you want a place to deposit your things so that you can proceed with your sight-seeing itinerary

clean and sleek design Chinatown meters away - but still quiet

For the price and location that was a lovely hotel. I woudl stay again. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Kept out luggage locked away after we checked out so we could see some sights.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
chinatown night markets on teh doorstep - bargain hard and get all you need plus more. twin towers are just 10 mins by cab. Make sure the driver uses the meter.

staff there are not really friendly. location is ok but if you are coming from KL sentral during night time suggest not to stay here; too far.

i was very impressed with the service. When i got there, i was expecting it would take us time checking in, but i was impressed that everything was all set and done. They just gave me our keycard and thats it. Great!

My stay was ok, breakfast was enough for me, in chinatown there is a night market, so it is in a great location, room was clean and spacious, nice staff.

the hotel's location is ok, very accessible to almost all attractions. The internet is for free and quite fast. the hotel staff are very courteous. It was fun/good time staying with 5 element. If I have a chance to go back to Malaysia, I will surely go back to this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is just a few steps away from hop on -hop off station. At night, there's plenty of good restaurant to dine in at a cheaper rate. there's alot of market for souvenir items.

Overall it is a nice hotel at affordable price. Room is pretty big with nice view over chinatown. Wifi is available as well.
Breakfast can be improved.
