Excellent service from all the staff with very good rooms - meets the Asian resort standards.
The happy hour from 5.30 to 7.30PM is a great time to relax and unwind in the lobby or verandah outside. Inspite of sending numerous emails and faxes to tell them our arrival time and request confirmation - no reply from the hotel.
We had the buffet breakfast for 3 days - same items - no change.
No Malaysian restaurant in the resort complex. Great hotel if you want peace and quiet. But if to play golf next door or see KL then the adjoining Saujana Hotel is a mucg better deal at nearly half the price.
But you cannot take anything away from the Club though.
Restaurant Tip : Try the Chinese restaurant at the neighboring Saujana Golf Club - excellent food and value for money.
