Nice hotel with shopping right outside doorstep

The hotel was new and clean, rooms was quite spacious. It is right next to Mid Valley Mega Mall and there is plenty of shopping to do and restaurants to eat at. You don't need to go any where else.

great time as spending time with family i loved. idea location, the room is slightly small if a couple plus 5 years old kid. convenience access to both shopping malls and restaurants. one thing on velvet parking service, 24hrs is unnegotiatable as i checked-in at 1335pm and checked-out at 1350pm... velvet parking consider 2 days.

Located nicely in Mid Valley city, the hotel is well maintained and has lovely view. Room was well kept and the separate bathroom, toilets and large area is a great features. Wifi was included. However, the breakfast was one of the most terrible that I've had in a 5 star hotel. The food was bland, chewy and the spread was poor. I did file a complaint with the General Manager in hopes of improving the food quality

I will definitely stay here again. It's convenient as the hotel attached to shopping mall. No problem for dining, shopping and so on. The service was good, fast and friendly. And the room&bathroom is clean,comfortable and nice.

Hotel is great... But I had a bad experience

This is the third time I came here within this month... The reception messed up my day this time...
I called in to verify my stay with the reception. The person whom took my call was extremely rude. When asked for his name, he mumbled another name. I came and made a commotion in the front desk. We got a wrong guy and queried him. A very bad customer service.
If look at the bad reviews of this hotel, it is the services that bring this place a bad name. The facility and location is fantastic...
I brought this matter up to management in writing. She replied in a professional manner and apologized for the mishap. She promised that there will be improvements.. So anyone else going here, drop her an email if you think things are messed up.
Putting aside the people... we had a fabulous stay... the room was huge, we loved the kitchen as usual, Cold Storage was just below. We got our groceries and came to the room and cooked out heart out. From my 60yrs old dad to my 2yr old daughter.. It was a good day out !..
Shopping Tip:
This place is connected to MidValley. A mega shopping center. The other reviews will also talk about this. Book this hotel through Agoda!!! Agoda will prebook and you will not have to wait when you check in.

As always, the Gardens is well situated and has a huge mall behind. My 4TH stay and beats Hilton in some ways. One small issue is the make up room is usually in the afternoon. Call if you want it in the morning.
