not to my expectations

i opted for Executive Duluxe Room, park using valet and later to find out that they parked my car at the same mall visitor car park. i was a little frustrated as it doesnt have its own designated parking for hotel guest.
the most frustrating part of my stay was that the room does not meet my expectations. the wood finishing decor makes me feel like im in an office instead of a hotel room. the mini bar was empty

The hotel is nice but not enough man power
New and nice hotel, Fantastic rooms, toilet is clean and comfortable.

The room and location is superb but their man power is lacking, because we checked in at 3pm and the reception staff told me that they have no rooms for me as the rooms were not cleaned yet... so they requested me to wait for 1.30 hours... which then i came back and the room is not done yet... so i requested them for a temporary room for my kids to shower... they did...

We stayed one night at the gardens hotel and we had a room on the high floor with good views. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Nice view from the cafe kept our little one busy. convenient to mid valley via 2nd floor walkway.
