Can do much better
Good points 1. Good customer service 2. Great location 3. Clean and looks new Improvement points 1. Swimming pool is dirty and all the railings are rusty and broken which is very dangerous for kids 2. Breakfast is ordinary (Boulevard's spread/quality is much better)

Short break
Great location. Receptionists are robotic and remote from customers needs. Housekeeping staff are satisfactory. Some furniture in the room fail to match the hotel's brand and require maintenance.

Check in & parking
All in all, it was an okay experience for me. The one thing that I love the most was the friendliness of the staff and the variety of food during breakfast. However, since the parking space are shared with the mall's, it was really hard to find a spot. Yes, there were sections provided for the hotel's occupants, but it felt like the sections were filled by the mall's visitors instead. There was no system to determine it. Plus, I had to wait for more than 1 hour to check in into one of the three rooms that I have booked, just to be informed that the room was still not ready. As an alternative, I was given another room on different floor and I just accepted it as I was exhausted to wait any longer. However, the room had a hint of cigarette smoke odor which was a huge turn off for me since I initially booked for a non-smoking floor/room.
