Enjoyable Stay with very friendly staff

Stayed for 14 nights in the Deluxe Suite with included breakfast. The standard of everything was definitely 5 star, including the always hospitable staff. Every morning I was greeted by name at breakfast, and the amount of choice you had for food, shopping and entertainment was staggering. The Gym was well equipped, spacious and clean, the pool was fantastic for an evening swim.
The rooms were of a good size with a massive bed and one of the best showers I've seen in a hotel of this type.
Transport was 100m walk away and you are only 1 stop from KL Sentral. Recommended to business and holiday travelers alike.

A luxury hotel near a shopping heaven

I live in Klang and I was looking for a short escape, a place where I can relax, enjoy a variety of food and need not move so much but yet have many things to do. And Gardens Hotel is perfect!!!
I parked my car at the basement and went straight up to the lobby, had a fast check in at the registration counter and went straight up to my room with ease. The room is so conveniently laid out with very minimal decos which I really love.The beds and arm chair were so comfortable and one of my favourite spot is sitting by the window overlooking the pool and the building and seeing the city like I've never seen before.The hotel provides excellent service with smiling and helpful staff.
The pool is really clean and I had enjoyed swimming and relaxing for a few hours there with my friend. Another big plus point is that the hotel is attached to one of the biggest mall in the country so there are so much to see with many varieties of restaurants to enjoy good food and many other activities like watching a midnite show, bowling, pool etcetra.

The hotel is conviently located and surrounded by some of the best shopping malls in KL. This means you won't even have to use any public transport to enjoy some of the finest food and shopping outlets in KL which is great because getting caught in the KL traffic is not good at all.

Great hotel, easy for Subang Airport, which by the way is one of Malaysia's hidden gems, great location for business outside the centre of town, very comfortable and good gym. Oh, and the food is great as well.

very accommodating to allow extension of check out time. room is clean. the fruit basket is a very good gesture, especially after many hours of travelling in an aeroplane. it's refreshing
however, pillows are too soft for my liking

Chinese restaurant "Han or Han's" next to hotel serves very tasty food.

Great location. The hotel is connected to 2 shopping malls - The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Mall. Lots of shopping, restaurants etc. There's a cinema at Mid Valley Mall. A few nice pubs located opposite the hotel.
