I stayed for one nights here. It's a great hotel and I had a room on the 32nd floor with stunning views of the petronas towers. The service was great although as I often have to meet people for work in the hotel I felt that the lobby was too small.

The staff were very helpful and i feel welcomed the moment i enter the hotel lobby. The room was okay, small yet comfortable. Thing that i like the most about this hotel is the location which is near to almost everything. And not forgetting the beautiful and clean swimming pool, big gymnasium. The view at night was also amazing.

concierge/bellboy was very helpful with extended checkout til 2pm and also bargaining the airport taxi rate. lovely pool and gym facilities. excellent location - just doorstep away from the mall. nice clean quiet room - very relaxed....
Restaurant Tip:
belanga(kelantanese malay cafe) serves fresh food. we tried a few dishes and everything was yummy.
alexis cafe has good cakes.
also tried a thai restaurant which had great value for money sets.

This hotel has good environment and customer service. Front desk peoples always give a prompt response to customer needs. Registration and check in counter has a very friendly personal and have a very good attitude in dealing with customer. They are so efficient. Rooms are quite nice and well arranged. Check out process is very fast and easy. Overall, I’m very satisfied staying at this hotel. Thanks for a good service.

Big rooms, clean. However lacks the finishing touch. Hair dryer not working. No spa. Lack of restaurant choices and bar is listless.

i had an extremely good experience with this hotel. it's location is very convenient as it is right next to one of the hugest shopping malls in l; and it is very close by to the train station, making transport simple. i would recommend this hotel for both lone travellers and families alike. the staff service was very good too, with fast response times.

I had a meeting nearby and decided to stay at the Gardens Hotel and it turned out to be a good decision.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile and offers help where ever you go. This is definitely the hallmark of their good service.
Location wise, it was situated within a mall and food is everywhere. You get to find everything you need within this place. Definitely a good place to just chill out if you're on business trips.

Average hotel that didnt quite impress
comfy beds and solid bathroom

your average hotel that aimed at providing 5 star services but not quite there. service at breakfast table was similiar to most in malaysia.. waiters were not attentive to a point of ignoring you.. the guy at the egg station was simply having a bad day at work... room clean up took 4 hours despite numerous attempt to call them... but room service was quick and prompt in response.
Shopping Tip:
Certainly room for improvement esp at the restaurant.
