The rooms were unexpectedly spacious with two ensuites in the 2BR deluxe apartment. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and the lounge/dining area was a good size. The kitchen is fully equipped though you won't need to use it with the wonderful selection of culinary choices in the adjoining mall. We did order room service but the food was rather ordinary. Front desk service was on the slow side especially when checking in. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again.

it was a pleasant stay in The Gardens Hotel & Residences. It is a service apartment not the hotel. We love the unit because it is clean, tidy and very Cozy.
The matters here is the hotel parking area. We park our car at hotel parking but car park for hotel guest and shoppers are located at the same area. So we have to park very far from the Hotel Lobby. Since there is a no empty parking or reserve parking for Hotel guest, we end up parking quite far from the Hotel. We have to walk through a shopping Mall to look out for a The Garden Residence Lobby, which is far and a difference entrance from The Gardens Hotel.
Actually they have 3 different entrance. 1 is The Garden Hotel, next is Garden Mall then The Garden Residence. The signage to The Garden Residences also small. It is very confusing not to me but for my friends and family too (who comes and visit me while i'm there since my husband out the whole day attending his meeting at Boulevard)I have to go down to Hotel Residences Lobby, walk out to The Gardens Hotel Lobby to fetch them up because all of them waited at The Garden Hotel Lobby. Going up and down few time really exhaust me and makes my feet blister. I don't bring out the car, afraid couldn't remember where i park it.
Going around by taxi or LRT is much more convenience and easy. When we checkout, a good staff that is the porter help to sent our luggage and piles of shopping begs to our car. Stroll along the luggage trolley through the crowded people at the shopping Mall until the reach our car. We have stamp our parking tickets before leaving the hotel but we end up paying rm 5. Usually Hotels gives free parking for staying at their hotel, am i right?
View..Not a nice view at all because we are located on the 8th floor, facing the big air cond compressor on the roof.
Beside that,I'm just happy staying there because it is very convenience to go shopping and dining because everything nearby and u don't have to worry about rain because all indoor.
