The Room size and amenities are great. Easy Accessibility. Nice Swimming Pool and surrounding.

The Receptionists were polite and attentive. However, the Concierge conduct could improve. The Room is comfortable and amenities quite complete. Wifi works pretty well. The Buffet breakfast is quite a good spread. The 'Garden' Shopping Mall makes shopping convenient. The extra bonus is the 'Megamall Shopping Complex' which is adjacent to the hotel. Nice 'infinity' Swimming pool. The nearest train station is Mid Valley.

It was good overall, as it was very close to the University of Malaya, where we had to attend a conference. And it was so convenient for finding things to eat and doing a bit of shopping at the end of our busy days. But we expected the front staff to be friendlier, more informative and more helpful, i.e. in escorting us to the lift, showing us how to operate the key card in there (as it was quite complicated), and telling us where/when to have breakfast, etc.
