Great Location. Spacious and cosy room.
The city view. Being on the 32nd floor we were able to enjoy the panoramic view. My toddler enjoyed the view the most.

Comfortable stay at residence. Never failed to get our lunch and dinner at Subway Outlet at the shopping mall. Branded goods shops were closed at hand and we did quite a bit of shopping there, Fantastic stay. Would recommend this residence to anyone any time. My children really felt very comfy staying 3 nights there.

Great hotel
attached with Mid-valley Mall

i like the location of the hotel as it attaches with mega mall and very convenient for shopping and leisure activities. however, it takes me some time to look for the entrance of the hotel as it mix up with shopping mall signages. its insufficient car park and customer need to pay for the car park is the first time for me encounter.
Shopping Tip:
It's a great place to stay and go for family shopping under same roof!

Convenient hotel with great amenities nearby
Centralized location to all regions of Klang Valley

Although hotel is very centralized located, but traffic is very atrocious during peak hrs.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Gardens has luxury shopping, but if one enjoys fashion shopping, a short walk over to Mid Valley & one gets all the brands.

Super location but room not so clean
hotel was link to the shopping center, easy access to the window shopping.

left my items in the room, call back to the reception and transfer the call to housekeeping, a girl told me that she will need to check and call back, unfortunately i did not received any call back and after 3 days, contact back the hotel, a friendly reception chinese girl (penny if am not mistaken) handle the case for me and the service was awesome with call back and follow up.

The hotel is superbly clean, friendly customer service, excellent facilities, at a strategic location! The Mid Valley mega mall was just walking distance and plenty of eatery nearby which you won't get bored. Not to miss out the breakfast provided by the hotel is excellent. One of the best hotel i've stayed in Kuala Lumpur with the price i paid.

My three day stay was made more relaxing by the high standards of service and customer engagement.
Suggestions include more channels on the tv; complete replacement each day of small things like body bath gels and instant coffee packs; and house slippers.
Otherwise, a good location for a wide selection of shopping and dining without having even to go outdoors.

there is a shopping mall within the hotel. overall the stay in this hotel is good and recommendable.

spacious hotel. requested for a double bed but got twin beds instead. love the location that it was so close to the mega mall which has a a lot of shops. breakfast was good. international with a wide variety. the restaurant had a good view of the surroundings too. abit pricey for the rooms overall.
