this hotel is just a minute's walk away from the mega mall and the gardens mall where you will not know how time passes. the rooms are luxurious and comfy and the service is really fast. our room's lock started giving us some problem. the staff was there within ten mins and the problem was fixed in a jiffy. very friendly staff too

Should look into complimentary parking for stay in guest. Also, to improve the booking site where it should reflect clearly between the hotel and the service residence upon booking confirmation.
Another important area to change is to charge the customer upon check in and not in advance.

Excellent Hotel, Good Staff, Very Nice Clean Rooms. In fact cannot ask for more in this 5 Star Hotel. Its just 10 minutes drive KLCentral and Mega Mall and Garden Mall in the same premises with lots of shops, restaurants and bars.

greeted by friendly staff during check-in and surprised to find that the room was spaciious (plenty of room to move about even with 2 super single beds).
excellent view from the hotel where kl landmark, petronas twin towers is within your sight.
Shopping Tip:
mid valley megamall, the gardens.
take a 10 mins commuter train ride to klcc for a night view of kl petronas twintowers.

The room was nice and fairly clean. I especially liked the bathroom with the roof top shower. It is like standing in the rain. The only downside was that we were allocated an adjoining room and we could here the next door hotel guests quite clearly. It was hard to rest properly when you wanted some peace and quiet.

Right outside The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Mega Mall.

The residence was great. The unfortunate thing is we were told to make extra payment for the upgrade that we did not asked for. They said that there were no rooms on the same floor. We had made this request prior to the trip. The car park was a hassle as there is no direct lift to the rooms. The residence rooms were superbly clean and breathtaking view from the rooms. The best part is that the residence is just by the side of the mall...it actually links to the mall...superb place for shopping..

Lovely hotel but bad traffic at hotel entrance
Good view,layout ,attached to 4 shopping malls

i took taxi from airport to hotel. upon reaching hotel , the entrance was jammed up with cars and taxis trying to drop off passengers and cars going towards car park, all along one entrance.some people were caught in this jam for up to 40 mins . they moan so near and yet so far .
no other complaints besides this.

hotel was great but setback was carpark is not available. using hotel valet parking is better but do check condition of car each time you collect it. i had my car dented but failed to check it when i collected it.
