The room looks clean and new. We stay at 26th Floor so we can see the city view from our windows. Bathroom is big with shower and bathtub, completed with all kinds of appliance. Anytime, we are hungry we just go downstairs to the malls nearby for all kinds of food. Also very convenient for shoping most of all brandname shops are in Garden Mall. I think we can get almost everything similar KLCC but much less conjested. Only 5 minutes walk, we arrive Mid Valley Train Station which we can go to many places with cheaper cost than going by taxi

Very pleasant stay with clean rooms and excellent facilities. Would have preferred to have access to Breakfast as no breakfast was included in the room deal and the next door cafe wasn't always providing good service. They were at time quite slack. Perhaps may stay in the Gardens Hotel next time to draw a comparison to the Residences.

Best Hotel in Midvally

having stayed in all 3 chm hotels in midvalley (other two being cititel and boulvevard) i can safely say that the gardens for me rates the highest. i arrived early on friday at 10am and was not expecting a check in at that time but lo and behold the front desk was quick to arrange a nice room with corner lot view for me.
also the lobby and lifts were never overcrowded with hotel guests so this is a definite plus.
the amenities are expected of a 5-star establishment. the spacious room interior was modern and the bathroom rather swanky. i did wish however that the pillows provided were feathers however this was the only minor gripes.
room service order of sashimi platter was quick. as in
less than ten minutes quick and the serving was fresh and generous.standard request of a a late check out was granted no fuss as was checking out.
Restaurant Tip:
check out delicious just across from the gardens shopping mall for a great breakfast menu. then there is tony romas on the bottom floor of midvalley megamall.
wanted to try the famous fine dining at sage but was unable to fit into my regime at the time.

Nice and clean hotel
The hotel is totally non-smoking. which is great for a non-smoker like me.

I like the cleanness of the hotel. and it is on top of a big shopping center. There is a lot of restaurant, and shopping which is good. But I hope they extend the LRT service to here to sentral.

This is a hotel great for business travelers or shoppers. Just a hop away from Gardens shopping mall and MidValley Megamall, you will be spoilt for choice with all the great dining and shopping options!
