My worse experience after many good stay
The Gardens Hotel is my favorite business hotel and I have probably stay there for > 10 trips... all good.. I checked-in again on Monday 18 Jul 2016 for the most horrific experience that happened at 3am Tue 19 July. I woke up from my sleep by a constant buzzing/hacking noise that I can't determine its source. After bearing with it for 20 odd min, I called the operator only to know that there's a construction/renovation at the mall. The answer was "they have permit to do the job and we can change your room for you if you like"... I was pissed and try to go back to sleep in a terrible state. My common sense challenge to the hotel management is: 1. If they know the construction is going on, why still put me (and other guest) at level 8 that is so close to the mall? 2. Knowing workers will be hacking/drilling at the mall, why can't they arrange with the mall management to delay these work till working hours? The lack of proactive management shows that the hotel don't take a serious view in ensuring a pleasant stay for the guest. For that, it's time for me to try out alternative hotel in KL. A second comment is I have been seeing non-guest users in the gym that wear casual shoes and jeans "working out" with the equipment. This is not welcomed by us as the facilities are reserved for guest use only.

pleasant trip
I stayed 7 nights at the hotel. It was nice to stay over there with my two sisters. The Staffs are very caring and helpful. Specially the room service boy was so polite and committed. The most enjoyable thing is the quick entrance to the Garden mall n Mega mall.Thanks

Excellent Customer Service
When we arrived and alighted at the hotel entrance and we were courteously directed to the apartment entrance. We asked to upgrade our rooms and we were promptly given a quote and we accepted and the whole process was very swift. We like to mentioned the excellent effort and courteous service given by your staff at the reception by the name of Muhammed. Checking out via him was a breeze too. Well Done. Keep it up.

arrived lobby at 4pm but was told that our booking room type is not available. The staff request us to change to separate room but we rejected as we was looking for 2 rooms suites for so long. End up they spend another 1 hour to clean the room that we book and offer with complimentary breakfast and late checkout at 2pm. Overall, the room is clean and comfort despite of the poor services that anyhow request customer to change their booking.

Suitable hotel for family with young children
Room is clean, and cleaned daily. Staffs are very warm and friendly, we felt so welcomed! Facilities are substantial, and we love the fact that its attached to 2 great malls! Thank you, we will be back.
