Great location with easy access from the airport. Linked to a good shopping mall with a wide variety of shops and food joints. Rooms are of reasonable size, newly renovated and clean.
2improvements wished for
1) wish the internet speed much faster

1. My own feedback was the poor attention of the staff who was on duty on 15/5/2013, when my daughter was locked inside the lift more than half an hour Without anybody caring to look into the ccTV. This incident made her late for her business appointment .

Concierge staff were not helpful enough to assist hotel guest to secure taxi service to KL airport. Offered the blue taxi at Rmb 150 which I declined due to high rate against normal rate of Rmb 74. 2nd offer was the regular taxi at Rmb 80 which I agreed and waited about 15 mins, However after reaching the airport, taxi driver over charged me at Rmb 100, Heated argument ensued Recommend that Concierge must do a listing of name & plate # of taxi being used by hotel guest to the airport and agree on the taxi rate to avoid misunderstanding. Overall, I could have experienced a great trip to KL but got disappointment with the taxi service.

2 night's stay over the weekend. Loved the location as it it just beside 2 of the largest shopping malls. Requested for high floor and was given 22nd floor which was great. Wireless internet was a bit dodgy as I experienced a few drop offs. Had to pay RM15 parking per day which was a bit disappointing as most hotels offer complimentary parking for their guests.

Great service at the Executive Floor rooms

My third stay in this hotel and frankly, the first two weren't all that but this last one has been very satisfactory for me. Mostly due to the fact that I used a great deal of their executive lounge for meetings, which I must say is the best in KL. Superb view, quiet, great food.
