1. room is simple, spotlessy clean. elegant looking toilet.
2. location is super convenient for shopping. literally linked to the gardens and a short stroll to mid valley megamall as well
3. breakfast staffs are friendly
4. for the price u stay, i could hv gotten ome similar hotel at the triangle area near klcc.... i think they should upgrade their toiletries quality, especially toothpaste and toothbrush. the ones currently provided feels like one star quality
5. breakfast range isn't great but the nasi lemak does taste great!
6. gardens hotel and gardens residences do not hv clear signage to the hotel from the main riad and from the hotel to carpark. confusing. from the carpark o hotel is super confusing too! they need to also invest more money on the highway signages as well.
Restaurant Tip:
Din Tai Fung is a must try restaurant at the Gardens. Its right opposite cold storage
The i-canton is a good choice for noodles
Purple Cane restaurent next to din tai fung, is great too!
The japanese restaurant opposite purple cane is good too. I love the chawan mushi, salad ad noodles.

If you like Malls you will like this hotel!
Attached to a high end mall with lots of entertainment options, close to the airport express station

i did enjoy the location...it was easy getting to the hotel from the airport; avoiding traffic in kl is a major issue.
the gardens mall is very nice and it was great having access
the rooms were spacious but considering it is a new hotel, it seemed a little old
nice lobby bar
the first night i had an awful time trying to get into my room...the electronic key lock had malfunctioned
all in all it was a decent stay
Restaurant Tip:
The Gardens Mall has a very good selection of restaurants - the sushi place in the basement is good value

this has to be one of the best stays i had in mid-valley. i used to stay at the other 2 hotels there. standards are different here. much higher. worth every penny paid. the room is spacious and very well maintained. view is fantastic. staff was friendly. swimming pool is good

This is an excellent hotel for the price. The rooms are very large modern and clean with all the appliances you can think of, the breakfast is excellent and the staff very friendly. Add to that a good location with lots of shops cafes and a couple of bars near by. All adds up to excellent value.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel has a big room and nice swimming pool. The room was clean and very comfortable. It is near to the shopping mall. Great location for leisure or business.

The stay was lovely. Reception was quick and so was housekeeping. Extra beds came within minutes of our arrival at the room. The rooms are reasonably large but with a great bath area. Loved the wood panelling that added a touch of cosiness to an otherwise modern hotel decor. Loved the buffet spread as well. Great well balanced choices available! Would not mind staying here again.
