Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Thanks to the staffs
Staff, pool, quiet surroundings
7.3
If you want to do everything by your self and have a car, I recommend you to stay here.
The hotel has a nice kitchen and all necessary equipment.Ambient surrounding is very quiet and you can stay relax.
But it is a little far from downtown and station. And from downtown to hotel, is very long slope.
Staffs are very kind and they are willing to help anything available.

Quiet location yet good shopping nearby.
Large rooms and bathrooms, quiet location with nearby extensive dining choices.
8.3
This is our second stay in the Nomad in less than half a year.
We were attracted back by the smooth traffic flow around the property and yet it is only a 2 or 3 min drive to Bangsar Village where there is lots of browsing amongst trendy shops and wonderful dining choices.
The rooms were large, with common dining and sitting areas. Spacious parking for car - in fact one of the few car-parks that does not feel like a sauna!
Provision of some tea and coffee during the stay would be nice!

I wont stay here again even if someone paid me!
There are no 3 best things about this hotel.
2.3
First point about this hotel, no one is on their reception desk between 9pm and 8am. Due to our delayed flight we didn’t arrive to the hotel until 1am and there was no one there to check us in except for the hotel security guards. Upon arrival they were helpful, showed us our rooms and dropped our bags off. That was it. They took no passport information or anything. Then at 9am when the reception finally signed in for the day they had the cheek to call me to check in. As you can imagine my response was not a nice one after 6 hours sleep!
When we arrived the rooms seemed nice but that didn’t last long. The TV’s didn’t work, my balcony didn’t lock and my bed sheets were dirty. They were changed the next day but they still weren’t up to scratch. You only receive 2 towels in your room and the rooms are only service every other day except Sundays. My room was not serviced on the Wednesday when it was supposed to be so really it is every 4 days and for a serviced apartment that just isn’t enough.
The pool was ok but the sunbeds are the most uncomfortable things I have ever laid on and they don’t have any towel service for the sunbeds so you need to either have your own or use the towels from your room which will then likely leave you with no towels for 4 days, unless you wash them yourself.
There are no shops or restaurants nearby so you have to go for a 10-20 minute walk up and down the mountain if you want anything. Taxis are an option…when they pass which isn’t often.
We only stayed for 4 out of the 7 days booked in as it wasn’t a comfortable hotel to relax in. After 3 days of staying my colleague got locked out of his room – the card reader didn’t work but after about an hour they managed to fix it. The following day he had the same issue again but as it was 11pm there was no one there to assist the next time except for security. After offering him the SOFA! to sleep on he decided he wasn’t staying there anymore

Good location but quiet
Bangsar shopping Village only a 2 min drive away with good selection of eateries.
8.7
This place earns maximum points for ease of getting in and out of as the road it's on has relatively light traffic. The same for the spacious car park.
The apartment is big, comfortable with working air cons, big rooms and comfortable beds.
Down side includes fairly high charges, minimum amenities e.g. no coffee or tea, just bottled water which was not replenished on daily basis; housekeeping on Mon, Wed and Fri in our unit which means we had no service as we checked in on Fri and out on Mon! But to be fair, housekeeping came around just to empty the rubbish bins!
Friendly staff completes the picture. We will be definitely be back.

Exterior of the hotel is nice but nothing great indoor.
Very tight security and the security always look suspicious making the guests feel uncomfortable.
