Dreadful and I Want My Refund!

the room is dirty,Cockroach was found, cigarette butts was found, TV not working, kettle not functioning, after called in to room service and technical department, they change the kettle but still with a non functioning unit. Sofa in the suite found with burn marks all over. Toilets are dirty and shower heads were found rusty. Heard people banging and screaming on the room door next to my room at 0230am. I would not in a million years recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a reap off and I want my refund.

The hotel is ageing but for size of the accommodation for the price is unbeatable for the price I got on agoda.
