Well Maintain Hotel With Great Location
Clean room, Great breakfast.

stay 1 night on 2 bedroom deluxe. the room was so spacious and the bed setting could easily accommodate 2 adults and 1 kid. the air-condition in the living wasn't function at first but the problem was quickly attended by the hotel staff. overall we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is quite good (right on the main road) and taxi availability is also good. They also have free shuttle to some places. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good

Loved the Nomad Sucasa on arrival.Really nice hotel with great service from the staff, we were all really well looked after from arrival to departure. Great location to get into the heart of the city, was given all good advice from staff to make our way to Chinatown and the best shopping. The manager went out of his way to see that we were given transport to out next destination which was quite a long way a way, really appreciated this and added a personal touch. Would deffinatley come back next year.

bad service
better check your room key twice!

i saw "stranger" in my room after my friend and i was finish swimming!
the person told us that they have the same number of room key... waited there for 30min for the staff to settle but no one turns up! until we called the 3rd time only the staff come up and appologize to us
with just a "sorry" and a rm2 of coke to shut our mouth!!! what a bad service... don't feel it was rate as a 4 star hotel!!!

The room that I got was spacious, although furnitures and carpet should be refurbished. Service was fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast was not bad.

I had booked 2 X 2 bedroom standard. I took me 4 hours to check in, the receptionist was rude and not helpful. I was really disappointed . But nerveless, I enjoyed as it was my girlfriends birthday party. we invited more then 20 people to 1 of the rooms to celebrate. there was no problem :)

stayed for two nights here. even the standard room is spacious for 2-3 people. breakfast was good and the pool was great. the underground parking is quite large. noticed that the hotel is quite the favorite amongst middle-easterners.
walk-in rates might differ drastically so getting the promo rate on-line is definitely recommended.
