Great value for money
best priced for location near klcc with two bedrooms

stayed on 18th floor. living room has great unblocked view of city (though not klcc direction). the whole apartment was rather large and spacious.

Good hotel with very bad service attitude

The property was good, a little far from the city centre
however, it was a bad experience for the family because of the upturned noses and attitude of the hotel staff.
Shall not recommend the hotel for any leisure traveller especially with family
I travel a lot and have stayed in a no of hotels across 40 odd countries that I have visited. This property on service ranks amongst the lowest 10 of the approx 500 hotels that I would have stayed at.

Отель сразу радует своей монументальностью и красотой. Действительно красивый.Коридоры в отеле очень причудливо сделаны. Номер был хороший,просторный, чистый. Кровать большая и мягкая, удобный столик, шкаф с холодильничком, кофемашина, чай, кофе, вода. Конечно же фен, тапочки и халаты. Сейф в номере в шкафу. Прекрасная кушетка прям у большого окна с красивым видом ( у нас был 17 этаж и вид на башную Менара). Приятно прилечь на кушетку и просто смотреть в окно, наслаждаясь видом из окна. Просто великолепная ванна ( есть и ванна и душ). Уборка показала себя с хорошей стороны, было приятно вернуться вечером и обнаружить тарелочку с фруктами на столе. Персонал приветлив и ненавязчив. На одном из этажей есть очень красивая веранда со столиками с видом на Петронасы. Что касается расположения, то и тут нет нареканий. До Петронасов пешком минут 10. До станции монорельса примерно также.Неподалеку и башня Менара. До Chinatown можно прогуляться пешочком, займет примерно час. Напротив отеля находится модный ночной клуб.

The suite had an adequate space for a family of 4. The room was cozy, but found the utilities were a bit old. The 1 of the rooms were facing the door which was a bit annoying and the tv of that room wasn't working well. Overall, the accommodation was decent.

everything was fine , the only problem we faced was my room bookings were not confirmed even though we had a confirmed status. the hotel staff said they had not been intimated.we also got stuck with the room door getting locked as the automatic door battery ran out and the hotel staff took a long time to open the room.

the first impression is so professional they are and so polite. they try to helping us along the way. i like this place because have a convenient shop downstage and even beside a shopping mall. it is a nice place. but they need to improve their parking system because we have to wait about 10 minutes to solve the parking issues. thank.. marcus..

The hotel is nice after renovation.
New painting and new bath tub and toilet.
Nice 2 bedroom and bath room with the living, dining and pantry.
Shopping Tip:
Better shopping to Bukit Bintang area.
It's near from the hotel by taxi for 10-15 minute and pay +/-RM 7 (by meter) and must go/back after pick hour (office time) since it's very bad traffic during the office hour.
There are Parkson, Pavilion Mall and Fahrenheit Plaza.
It's easier to find the restaurant in Jalan Alor which open 24 hours.
