Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Older hotel, but large rooms and good location.
Large rooms, number of good restaurants nearby and a nice supermarket with nice coffee and pastries across the street.

Just ok
large rooms, close to the Thai consulate. Close to Petronas.
4.7
Just OK. Good points, it was close to the Thai consulate, the rooms were very big, it was nice to have a small kitchen to make coffee and breakfast.
Bad points: Its old and dated, and unfortunately has carpet, stinky carpet. . I called reception and asked for fresh sheets, a guy turned up and handed me sheets to put on myself. Great service. Oh, and after passing the dirty plate sitting on the floor by the elevator for the sixth time, I decided that when I saw it still sitting there in the morning that I would deliver it to reception myself. To be greeted with a rather odd look. No I will not be returning.

Great comfortable hotel with heaps of space
size of room, pool, large bathroom

Our stay was great. The room is more like a one bedroom apartment. It has a small kitchenette with a supermarket across the road so it is easy to self cater. Near to KLCC and Petronas towers which can be seen from the room. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The LRT is close and the line gives access to many tourist attractions including KLCC, Bukit Bintang walk, Chinatown, Batu Caves and more. Would definitely recommend especially for the discounted price received on Agoda.

Had to change first room cuz of bad smell. rooms were very big with big bathroom. rooms were clean but are bed had bed bugs. Reception was not maned sometimes. lack of english speaking employees working in resturant. buffet breakfast was ok but they ran out of knifes and forks half way thru. not enough sun beds by the pool and ran out of taols.

In malaysia they seem to find it hard to clean up dirty tables filled with plates. This was a big problem in the hotel resturant. lack of english speaking and understanding staff working in resturant. lack of sunbeds by pool. people swimming fully clothed even tho there is a sign saying this is not allowed.
