This hotel is only good for its location if you have to deal with visas.
A part from that, the staff was a bit arrogant..
There was a big smell of cigarette smoke in my room...
The rooms are old..
The internet, which you have to pay extra, do not work from the room...This is very annoying for business travellers like me.
Overall I feel very disappointed in this hotel and will not go back there next time I go to Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel locates in the center of Kuala Lumpur with all advantages and neccessity that everyone requests for travel.

i booked this hotel for my fellow workers who came for business trip in kuala lumpur. after the trip, they gave many compliments about the hotel services here. all services are better than thay expect, expecialy the hotel staffs’ hearty welcome. they strongly hope to stay at this hotel in their next mission trips.
Nightlife Tip:
It will be a very big mistake if you do not visit Petronas Tower wholely covered by lights at night. It’s really a beautyfull sign-seeing that’s worth to visit most in Kuala Lumpur.

Great location but lousy service

upon checking in, the porter send in our bags about 15 minutes later. i checked in around 2030h, and was trying to call for room service. unfortunately, no one answer the phone call for ten minutes. i have to call the front desk to get someone from the room service to answer my call. thank god the food was good. on the second day of my stay, i asked for iron and ironing board. the iron given to me was malfunction. overall, i am not happy with my stay. the hotel is an old suites. the room has some funny smell. on the other hand, the bathroom is big.

Room are complete with kitchen and cutlery. Room are enough to cater 7 of us in the room. 3 in each room and 1 in living room. A perfect hotel for those who want big room with affordable price!

big room and not so clean

this is suites room with kitchen, but thing not been provided enough. carpet very smeely. we check in couple, but 2 single bed room given, change after request. servies was good, and but not very friendly.
Shopping Tip:
cab not easy to get, always ask for use meter.
